Description of Work: Our service was automatically transferred to Kreitzer when the company we were dealing with sold their residential service to them. The first 2 weeks, they did not show up. I finally managed to get a number to call them, and service since then has been good. The first few weeks, after pick up, the lids were thrown on the lawn. When one of the lids was blown into the street, run over and smashed, we put out the can and lid as trash. Since then, the lids are placed upside down on the cans. After a rocky start, we are very satisfied with Kreitzer's service.

+ -1 moreMy trash has been out at the edge of driveway for over a week and its now over flowing. If they do not come today I will no longer be a customer. I pay promptly and expect to get the service I paid for.

+ -1 moreThey do a good job and try to get the stuff off the street. They are flexible as far as what I have and things like that; I am very satisfied with them. They can be flexible and will take stuff from time to time that I don't put out every week.
Description of Work: I use Kreitzer Sanitation for weekly trash and garbage collection. They also come every other week for recyclables.
