They are very good but I switched because the one that I used had a better price but I probably will go back to them this year. They deliver when they say they are going to deliver. They have nice people working for them and they are nice to talk to.

A plumber that actually calls back and comes out to do the work. Others never responded to voice mails or promised to "put me down" and never put me down.

I contacted this company upon recommendation of my Parents who have used them for home heating oil delivery for many years. They deliver home heating oil as needed - they monitor the oil level and deliver whenever I need it without me having to call them, which is great. The office staff is very easy to talk with and very responsive. The cost of the service listed above is an estimate for annual heating costs for reference. Overall, in working with this company over the past two years, I have had a pleasant experience and will continue to work with them going forward for home heating oil delivery.

I had recently bought my home and it did not have a dishwasher. My Dad and I removed one of the cabinets under the countertop to make room for the dishwasher. I ordered it from Lowes and had it delivered - just needed for it to be installed. I already used Jack Rich for heating oil delivery, so I figured that I would have them do this, as well, since they offer plumbing services, too. I was waiting for them to show up and no one came - turned out that they scheduled the appointment on the wrong day. After rescheduling it again (and confirming the date/time), two guys came to do the install. They seemed to be struggling with the task, not really sure of what they were doing. They slid it under the countertop and installed the water line to the dishwasher connecting it from the sink which was located next to it. They did not do any electric work, so I couldn't verify that it worked at that time (this was done the following week with no issues). However, after they left, I opened the door to the dishwasher and the entire thing started to tip forward! Even if I had electrical, I could not have used it based on this horrible installation. I called the company to complain, and they offered to send someone else out to fix it. I declined as I had no faith that they had the skills to do it correctly. My Dad and I ended up fixing it ourselves. I still use this company for heating oil delivery but would never use them again for anything else.

We have been using him since 2005. We picked him when we first moved in and have been using him since. His price has been reasonable. Sometimes it is competitive and sometimes it is a little bit higher. It doesn't happen very often that the price is higher. I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have requested oil and they have always had it in within 2 days. They leave the receipt in the door or mailbox and are very polite.
