I called him one day and he showed up the next as promised, looked at my washer and gave me options on how to fix it, was very honest and informative. The bill was what he quoted me over the phone, and would recommend to everyine.
Description of Work: He looked at my washer and diagonsis the problem right away. But first he gave me a time and showed up as aspected. Then told me what was wrong, and gave the best way to fix the problem.

I called three times, as I was determined since they were so close to have a local person do the work for me. They did not even give me the courtesy of calling back.
Description of Work: nothing absolutely nothing. They did not even bother to return the call.

Called to request a repair. Bill's appliance responded the same day. My refriderator was not staying cold - Bill immediatly diagnosed the problem and repaired at a reasonable price. Great job!!

I called and left message...after playing a bit of phone tag, he did call me back. I told him on his answering machine that I was having trouble with several appliances. (Dryer, dishwasher and microwave). Well, I told him that my dryer was the biggest concern and explained what was wrong. Told him the touch pad was replaced and now it won't heat up. He cut me off and said that he won't touch it because "it was ripped apart" and I need to contact who ever I bought it from. I said it wasn't Ripped apart, the touch pad was replaced and tried to explain things more. He repeated that he isn't going to touch an appliance that was "ripped apart" and went off on a harangue, and then just hung up on me before I could even talk!!!! Like I said, there was two other appliances that I have that needed to be fixed that were not touched or previously repaired. He just dismissed me like a worthless piece of crap. I tried to call back and leave a message, and I believe he purposely cut my message off after a few seconds. (u always get the machine when you call) I could not believe the rudeness and unprofessional-ism of this person- a business owner! That is fine with me. I'm sure there are plenty of other appliance repair companies that would want my money, and have a tad of decency and professionalism. Maybe he will think twice about being rude to a potential customer again. I am so disgusted with this business and do not recommend.
