Description of Work: Mike arrived at our home right on time Dryer vent is on roof that has a screen that has to be cleaned The problem was mikes ladder was not high enough Mr zoto had the right size ladder he was on other job Mike call him said he would come back the following day while mike was there he installed new vent piping because we had plastic vent exhaust Mike left then we got a call from mr zoto he could make in the after noon I told him I had to leave the house by 2.30 he made down in time to finish job by 2 pm. Will have them come back as needed
