We had the service for 4 months. 2 deliveries were not made as schedule and took more than a week to make up. Another 2 times they charged me for deliveries that never actually occurred. In all cases, they were very slow in correcting their mistakes and make make up deliveries. They talk a small company great customer service from a sales perspective, but do not deliver and do not respond with any urgency when they make a mistake.
