I dealt with this company twice [ as fare as I know ] they're nothing more than middlemen. They are [ in my opinion ] worthless lying morons, that do and say anything to make a buck, never taking responsibility for there incompetence.I would never do business with them again.I'm a hard working American that always stands by my word.I don't make a living out of screwing over everybody to make a quick buck. It's hard enough in this world to make ends meat let alone dealing with things like Reeb.
Description of Work: Dealt with company twice.First time...Purchased 2 doors through Home Depot, Reeb was just the middlemen. After 4-6 trips to Home Depot to make sure all measurements, stile, door knob set was cut correctly, doors were ordered....6 weeks later, picked up doors. When I unwrapped , Front door was warped, miss-cut by Reeb, broken screws, glue all over glass and about 12 + nail holes with exposed nails, unputtied . [ why would someone shoot nails with a nail gun in the front of a $2000 door ][ How stupid can people be ] ?Reeb sent moron out to check moisture, showed up with only a bent level ?Lied about everything from there out, nobody wants to take the blame. Second time...After receiving first doors [ front door still wrapped unaware that front door was falling apart ], [ ordered 2 doors, garage and front door ]Tried to order matching interior doors, paid Home Depot about $5000 after waiting over 1 week for same moron [ Tory ] to confirm order, gave up and Home Depot manager agreed, they refunded money.Door manufacturer told me better place to order doors from, and I did, without problems [ Savage door ]Tried to wait for call back from Reeb, [ over 1 week ] no luck, called and talked to manager, another rocket scientist. In my opinion, these people at Reeb are the scum of the earth. DISCLAIMER....My opinion of Tory is my opinion and I'm sorry if I offend morons for putting that lying thing in your category.

replacement windows

Marvin generally makes very high quality windows but one particular window assembly they delivered was actually out of square by about a half inch, making it inoperable. It was a disaster for my construction project schedule since it takes 4 weeks to manufacture a replacement. In my case, Reeb Millwork was just a middleman so, under normal circumstances, I would never come in direct contact with them. However, once we discovered this manufacturing defect, suddenly Reeb was in a position to either resolve my problem quickly and professionally or stand in the way. Unfortunately, they chose to stand in the way and the only way I was able to solve the problem was to go around Reeb. What they could have done was to apologize for the error, assure me that it would be resolved quickly, and then solve it. Instead, while the contractor and I were scrambling to work around the problem, Reeb insisted on measuring, remeasuring, dragging their feet and arguing with me like the manufacturing error was my fault or something. They even said that, if they weren't permitted to come to my house and re-measure the window a second time, (after already thoroughly measuring and photographing the window in question once) that they would refuse to do anything. After several heated phone calls, I was exasperated and just called Marvin directly. Reeb said calling Marvin wouldn't do me any good and they refused to give me the phone number of the appropriate contact person. (Thanks for your help, Reeb!) But I worked the phones and eventually found someone at Marvin familiar with my project. Thankfully, after five minutes speaking with that person, Marvin overruled Reeb and finally helped re-start my construction project. On the plus side, Reeb produces some nice CAD drawings which are helpful in refining my window designs. Overall, Reeb seems like an old school operation unaware that they are in a customer service business.
Description of Work: I dealt with Reeb Millwork as the middleman between my window retailer (Windows, Doors & More) and the manufacturer (Marvin Windows). If you buy Marvin Windows in Seattle, chances are you are dealing with Reeb Millwork, like it or not. I said "yes" that I would use Reeb again only because I have no reasonable choice.
