Everything went well. Slight delay due to weather but that was out of their control. Randy came back out and assisted in moving a heavy table back onto the deck. Also touched up a minor spot that was missed and fixed a loose board.

Christian, the carpenter, walked me thru the deck to identify those boards which needed replacement from rotting & deterioration. He was very selective in keeping boards that didn't look so good but were still solid enough and he knew would look fine after staining. I appreciated that as our budget for this project was already tight. Christian also built a support for under the steps to the deck as there was a weakness & therefore a safety issue. He replaced 18 boards, replaced old rusting nails and just did an excellent job, including staying on the job until about 8pm. The rest of the crew: Matt, Bilal & Ryan spent two days, staying late, for power washing and staining our deck as well as our walkway slate stone and railroad ties. They did an exceptional job moving our plants and patio furniture carefully and respecting plants and flowers in our garden. We could not be happier with the outcome and how clean our deck looks now. Best of all the deck should be in good shape for the next two years.

Very happy with work from DeckPro. I had my railing replaced along with boards for the steps. They also power washed and stained. The 2 guys working were professional and courteous. They worked efficiently and left me very happy with my newly stained deck. Would highly recommend.

Randy contacted me and scheduled the walk through to see what needed to be done. I wasn't going to write a review because of the first day of work, However, I think it is very important to make sure it is clear of the work to be done with the initial proposal visit. Also to establish what equipment will be used, For example the type of hose and if ladders will be used because of the height of the house. So a few glitches did occur which led to workers needing to return another day. But I must say when I made communication about my concerns they were addressed right away, The men returned during the week that I was told. They did a nice job of making sure I was satisfied. I did notice a very high part of the house that the workers indicated they didn't think was part of the order, However, I sent word to Randy with pictures to explain the area. In fact, I sent an additional picture so he could see the spot more clearly, I didn't realize he was going to send the workers right back to do the cleaning on the very high spot. They came prepare to use ladders to reach the spot. However, upon looking at the area I decided that it didn't need to be done. Randy made every effort to make sure I was a satisfied customer and that shows that quality of his professionalism in making sure his company does a good job.

they men were here promptly and worked quickly and neatly. deck looks great--it was painted this year for the first time and i used their recommended color. looks like new. this is the 4th time i have used DeckPro and i have been very satisfied.

We hire deck pro every year to power wash and, when needed, stain our deck. They always do a great job! From beginning to end, they are always professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone requiring these services.

Estimate on powerwash and deck repair

I called several vendors to see about getting my deck repaired (had splintered boards and soft wood in a handful of places); some said they only did deck installations (even though they advertised for deck repairs too) and some never returned my call. DeckPro called me back, got someone out to assess the deck, and got me a proposal for work all in the same day. When I needed COI and state license info to get the work approved with my HOA and the township, Angela was quick to get me the requested documents. The gentlemen who performed the work showed up on time, communicated with me what they needed/what they were going to do, worked diligently, did extra work when they peeled back boards and discovered rotting joists, and cleaned up after themselves. They got it all done in one day, and I'm excited to have a functioning deck in time for spring!

This company is very professional and very responsive. I have used them many times over the years and they are always very good and very responsive to whatever the needs are. This time it was gutter cleaning and a yard clean up - all done promptly and professionally and for a great price. In the spring I will use them for powerwashing my awnings and deck do-over. I highly recommend this company for any of the services they offer!

very well. the powerwash/repair person covered everything and worked closely with me to identify needed repairs. Also powerwashed non-deck portions of the yard to geat effect. The stain crew was equally professional, timely, and competent. minor touchups wee needed after rain and they were done efficiently and effectively.

The whole experience was great, a nice person answered the phone. They actually RETURNED my phone call, which for some reason in my experience is a rare thing, Randy came out on time and assessed my deck and was honest. The deck did not need as much work as I initially thought and, if anything, he told me I could get another year out of it which I thought was refreshing from a contractor. He touched up the deck at a fair price, and I’m definitely going to schedule Decking Pro for my power washing/staining next year. Thank you!

DeckPro did a fabulous job! They went over and above to find the stain required by my HOA. Excellent communication regarding that matter. On-site teams were very professional. The staining team added extra coats to ensure that my very worn deck looked new and it did. One piece of advise, please flexible with scheduling. I wanted to book ahead and learned that weather can make it harder to do that. Their scheduling team was very easy to work with to lock in times that worked well for me. I highly recommend DeckPro.
