Excellent work! The area is difficult to access, but the DeckPro crew had all the right equipment and took good care of the surroundings. They were on-time, courteous, and made sure the work area was all cleaned up when they left.

DeckPro Contractor was very professional. The proprietor itemized the cost of each service that will be performed. In addition, due to the inclement weather that Phila experienced, the deck needed some minor repairs and I ask the contractor was this possible. The cost was explain and was very reasonable. The quality of the work and the customer service was excellent. A highly professional job. I would highly recommend DeckPro Company.

His staff did a great job last week. All that black marks on the stucco were removed from the front and back of my home and the front porch is spotless. This is the second time I used your service and I'm never disappointed.

It went very well. Randy came out, gave an estimate, and then his crew came out, spent about 5-6 hours power washing the deck, steps, etc. A couple days later, they came back to stain the deck and support posts. They did a great job - everything was tarped, no stain splashes, they moved all of the deck furniture, and applied the stain well. I would recommend them.

The experience went well in the beginning but they damaged my property and did not fix it. In the beginning they returned my call quickly, came to my home quickly to give an estimate, and performed the job within a few weeks. That day the men were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I regret not inspecting the work closer before the men left because they had gotten dark wood stain on my vinyl siding in many places where my deck was against my house. When i called Deckpro to complain they sent the same worker who had done the work to try to fix it. He used a chemical (paint thinner I think) and a rag to clean it. It lightened some but didn't come all the way off. We called again to complain. They sent the same worker again and he did the same thing, except this time he wiped down more pieces of siding with the chemical (ones that weren't damaged) in order to "feather it" so it wouldn't be so drastic. It lightened some again but was still visible. When he left the siding just looked wet. After a few weeks we noticed that all the siding pieces that had gotten wiped with the chemical were lightening and looked awful. After googling "removing wood stain from siding" and learning that chemicals can do more damage and there really wasn't a way to fix it besides replacing the siding, we called Deckpro and asked for a refund or wanted them to pay to get the siding fixed. The owner called back and said since I didn't voice my concerns the last time the worker came to try to fix it, they was nothing they could do. I explained that what they did to fix it was causing changes over time and begged him to come and at least look at the damage. I figured if the owner saw what had happened then he would want to stand by his company's reputation and make the situation right. Before he came I had gotten 2 estimates to replace the damaged siding ($400 and $600). When the owner came he agreed it was bad and said they would do something to make it right. He took my estimates and asked if he could have his own guy come to give a siding estimate. Of course I agreed but he didn't send anyone. He got back to me within a week and said he decided he would offer me $200 towards the repairs. I said I wanted $400 to cover the repair and he offered $300 and nothing more. I'm very dissapointed that this company (1) wasn't more careful with the wood stain near my siding, (2) that they kept sending the same worker to fix the problem instead of a manager or owner, and (3) they damaged my property and did not completely fix the damage.

With Deckpro I got an estimate the day I called. All work was explained to me and I was given a very fair price.If you want your deck power washed and stained all within the time promised, and are hoping for a good clean job by personable professional people you trust I would call Randy. I will hire them again for any further in treatment in the years to come.

They did a fair job. They only put one coat down, when I prefered two. They forgot to put furniture back but I called them and they came back to put it where it belonged.

I called this company to do some maintenance on a deck that had been neglected for many years. Since it was quite a rainy summer. There was some time between the first call and when they came out. But because it was such a rainy summer they asked if it would be OK to powerwash in one visit (cause the rain did not matter!) and do the rest when the weather was better. The deck looks like new! As a matter of fact a few neighbors wanted to know if I got a new deck!

The guys who did the actual work were excellent- polite, knowledgeable, and hard-working. The job itself was great. Communication between the owner and the customer, however, was very weak and needs improvement.

Power washed, deck, Adirondack chairs & picnic table. Power washed too hard causing my chairs to get splintery. Came back about two weeks later (unannounced) to spray stain everything. Our two cars were in the driveway at the time, over spray(residue) got on cars,& had to get cleaned before it dried. Many places were missed of stain. They did this during the heat wave causing some spots to remain sticky. Were the table & chairs were stained, the tarps were left on grass(after they left)the grass turned yellow. We didn't know if they were coming back or not, because workers left without telling us they were through. To top it all we were told we had to put all deck furniture & planters back ourselves. We are seniors & thought that we part of the quote, they took them off. They did come back to put the furniture back after we complained. Not professionals!

They did a great job. I thought that they would offer me more if I paid more, but they did not. I wish that they had said that they would like to put a clear stain on it, but they did not say anything and I did not say anything. It is okay, they did a good job.

They were good. They were on time. He was here when he said he was going to be here. He explained things to me during the walk around. Everything worked to my satisfaction as far as the estimate goes.

DeckPro Powerwash Company went the extra mile by working within difficult and unreasonable time constraints being imposed on us by our homeowners association. They put other jobs on hold to help prevent us from receiving fines from our association. The owner, Randy, also informed us that the semi-solid stain that our association mandated would not work on our upper deck railings, which had latex paint on them. He contacted my association, explained to them why a semi-solid stain was the wrong choice for my railings, and got them to approve a more appropriate solid stain for the job. They first came on a Wednesday to power wash our upper and lower decks, then returned on Thursday to stain. The actual staining job was completed quickly and professionally, and we are very happy with the results. They also power wash siding. Luckily for us, that's one thing that the homeowners association actually does right.

The DeckPro guys remove all your furniture, saving you lots of work. Before we discovered DeckPro, the prior company required us to remove it before they would clean and stain the deck. Since we're not spring chickens, that was difficult! Not to mention, lugging it all back onto the deck. Everyone at DeckPro is very professional. If you're home when they're finished, they ask you to inspect the work for approval before they leave and will give you a heads-up on potential problems. Best of all, we were able to call them upon completion to come back to put our furniture back where it was once the stain had dried. I highly recommend this company.
