We were pleased with the responsiveness and speed of both giving us an estimate and completing the work. However, a few days out from the work, I raised the concern that the deck was still sticky underfoot and we had not experienced that with previous deck maintenance. This work was done in late August 2016 and unfortunately, it is looking as if we may have to have similar work done again late this summer-- it's already wearing more than we've seen with previous maintenance and I'm wondering if this relates back to the stickiness issue (especially since we really had a pretty mild winter with just one snow event in March where we had to shovel snow from the deck). I certainly could have come back to the contractor again with our concerns about the finish not seeming right (sticky, but the stickiness lessened in the third week after the work was done)-- due to multiple family crises happening in that timeframe, I did not press the issue beyond my initial email letting them know of our concerns. "Will hire again" needs a "maybe" option-- that would be my honest answer, not sure whether I would or not, but am not trying to be overly harsh.

Service was set for a specific date and the people showed up on time and completed the work on time. They did a fine job.

Start to finish, it was an excellent experience. The company quickly responded to my contact, provided an estimate, and scheduled the work in response to my specific and rather narrow timeline. The power washer did a very thorough job, and several days later the deck was repaired and stained. The deck staining crew worked hard and we are extremely pleased with the result. Randy, the owner, was on site part of the time. Kudos to this company for providing excellent service!

After searching for months for someone to do the work and getting bad service/responses, I was lucky enough to find this company. Very professional and quick to reply. Did a great job powerwashing and staining my deck and fence. Worked around my schedule and quickly made it happen before it got too cold to do the work. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the work. Customer service was very good and the guys who did the work, were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

DeckPro Powerwash did a fine job at a reasonable cost. They pressure washed the composite deck attached to my house and selected areas of vinyl siding and concrete walkway. I would hire them again.

Fantastic job. DeckPro was very prompt in getting back to me, the price was reasonable, and I did not have to be home for them to do the job. They mailed me an invoice and we paid.

It went great. Tried job DIY and failed. Emailed Deck Pro on Labor Day after reading great Angie's reviews. Was pleasantly surprised to hear back from owner within half an hour. He booked a crew out Tuesday to wash and Wednesday to sand and stain. They did a wonderful job. I hope it lasts a few years, but when it is time to re-stain and treat the deck I know who I will be calling.

Randy came out and looked at the deck and sent me a quote quickly. When we initially spoke, I asked him to include a few steps on the side of our sun room that are not actually part of the deck. When I got the quote it didn't say anything about those steps on the quote. So I called Randy to inquire about it. After leaving 3 messages, I finally got a call back from Randy. He said that he would include those in the quoted price. So I gave him the go ahead. He said that they were very busy and backed up because of all of the rain we were having and the job would be done about 3 weeks out or so. I was perfectly fine with that. 4 weeks later I called to say that we were going on vacation for 2 weeks and would be out of town and that I would like it done before that. Long short short (too late) they did the job while we were not home, on vacation. And we were already on vacation when he called to let us know they were coming. When we got home from vacation, we found that they did not paint the other steps at all, and that 2 boards that we wanted replaced were not replaced. Of course, that is because I didn't mark which ones. But we were on vacation so I couldn't. Also, I had 3 solar lights on the deck steps that they didn't bother to remove. They just painted over them - ruining them in the process. They just pop right off but they didn't bother. Anyway, Randy made this right - he sent someone out to paint the steps and replace the boards and deducted the cost of replacement lights from the bill. But again, I had to leave 3 or 4 messages over the course of several days before he got back to me and it was a pain in the rear to have to find and order the lights. Anyway, at that point the job was complete and I paid the bill, minus the cost of the lights. A couple of weeks later I found a huge spray of the deck stain all over the siding and windows on one side of the deck. I'm not sure why I hadn't noticed it before. Anyway, I called Randy about it on a Saturday, and he called me back on Monday morning to say that he was at my house and could he go take a look. Of course, I wasn't home - I was at work in a meeting and couldn't answer his call at that time. My wife was home but it was early morning and she wasn't in a position to answer the door when he knocked. Why wouldn't he make an appointment rather that just show up? That is really unprofessional. Anyway, I called him back the next day and left a message. It's now 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard back from him. Last Sunday I spent 3 hours cleaning up the paint spray all over the side of my house. While the deck looks great, dealing with all this was a big hassle. Communication and professionalism is extremely lacking. I will never use them again.

Randy was great. He got back to be the same day and asked me to send him pictures of the deck. The next day I had a proposal and he was able to schedule the work the next day. He came out himself and powerwashed the deck. it looks great.

I contacted several companies to get prices for power-washing and staining our deck and gazebo. Apparently the deck and gazebo has not been stained in a long time. Mark came out and discussed all the concerns we had about our deck and gazebo. We are new owners and Mark explained it was in bad shape. We set up an appointment to have the work done. However, we had to postpone the project due to having a new roof installed. Mark and Randy (the owners) worked with us and we very understanding of our situation. Once the roof was done, Randy set up a time for the work to be performed. The guys power-washed the deck and gazebo the one day. The next day they came back to stain it. I am sorry that I didn’t take before and after pictures. They deck is absolutely beautiful! It looks like a brand new deck! Plus we got tons of compliments on the stain color. I highly recommend DeckPro Powerwash Company. They gave us a great price. They were professional. They worked with our schedule. They were neat and clean. We will definitely be using them to keep up with the deck now!

Randy was great from the beginning through the end of the process. Always showed up when he said he would and did the work he said he would. Power washing the house and roof took more effort than originally quoted but that didn't effect the price. Even when it was determined that a bucket lift was required to finish cleaning one part of the roof, the additional cost was expected and reasonable. The crew was great and knowledgable. I have a leak into my basement which is yet to be repaired but the crew was helpful in preventing the leak during the cleaning process. They even cleaned my doors, garage doors, and removed moss from my driveway. The house and deck look excellent and I'd recommend Randy and his team to anyone else looking for his services.

After some initial frustration with getting a response/estimate out of DeckPro, I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the process and the results of the work. Once I received DeckPro's estimate, Randy was very quick to respond to my questions. Upon deciding to work with DeckPro I let Randy know that, while there was not a big rush to get the job done, we did have a scheduled party that needed to serve as a deadline. Randy promised to manage to that deadline, and DeckPro followed through with that promise. The crewmen that performed the work were courtesy and professional, and we are very pleased with the results.

To start, we had portions of our deck redone a couple of years ago using both existing and new wood planks in an somewhat unusual pattern. Because of this, the color of the individual boards vary, something we are well aware of in the respect that they will never all exactly match up color-wise. Our previous provider for this service gave us an absolutely outrageous quote, claiming multiple coats of stain would be needed. Another provider interviewed was bothered by the color differences in the new section and provided a quote but would not warranty any of the work. Randy of DeckPro was not at all concerned about the color differences knowing we were aware of them and didn't expect the boards to be one consistent shade. He provided a very reasonable quote for the total work needed. The power-washing was done first with very good results. The deck stain and seal required only one coat and also looks great, with the work performed quickly and professionally. The DeckPro work team handled the moving of the deck furniture for us and were very pleasant overall and did a first rate job. We can highly recommend Randy and his team to anyone needing these services, they are honest and provide great service with excellent results at a fair price.
