Recommended by two people in Zelie to do the work we needed done. He came out and gave quote for 4 jobs around home a few wks ago. He said to call when items came in, to install and fix. The items came, we called as he instructed, he said he'd call back to set up when coming. Over wk later we called him, he stated he got too busy and will not do the work. Poor business to give quotes for jobs, stated he would do the work, AND then no courtesy to call us to cancel his business or let us know he would not do the work. We are under a time constraint for some of the projects due to insurance reasons. Not recommending this company, and will be leaving reviews for him on several sites. F rating, should have checked here also, but family member and a popular business person in town had recommended him, so did not check reviews here/anywhere.
Description of Work: French door replacing basement garage door, needed reframed. Had to be completed by Sept 19th per insurance, they did not want garage in basement without finishing off walls/ceiling; but they approved taking out garage door and putting in french doors. Shower in master bath to be removed/nail split floor, and new stall placed/flooring fixed. Back porch roof leaking, needed fixed, 3 time in 16 years, due to shoddy work by previous workers. Framing replaced around walk in door in basement. Family may attempt this one.
