+ -1 moreJoe disappeared without performing the jib he was paid for. Very dishonest person. Beware!!
Description of Work: Joe West was hired to perform Masonry work my property. He quoted me a price then requested 50% upfront before beginning any work. He was paid $2500 with certified cashiers check. He showed up @ 2-days, performed tore down inside ceilings/walls then never showed up again. He stopped answering or responding to my calls & texts. Beware of this guy he is a dishonest person!
