 + 3 moreWorking with Steve was great. He was on time for his initial walkthru to give me an estimate. the contract was clear and concise. He listened to what I wanted to do and brought up issues that could affect the final total. This included the removal of the wall because it ended up haveing some old wiring and water pipes running through it that had to be replaced and moved. It was nice to know that may be an issue so we budgeted for it. He started and finished on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We were very please with his work and plan to use him for some aditional home improvement projects later this year.
Description of Work: Steve gutted and redid my kitchen. He had to move the water lines that were going to the upstairs bathroom. He also had to do some work in the garage and basement so that the kitchen could be properly done. This included removing some drywall to get to pipes that had to be cut and moved and putting a hole in the garage wall to vent a downdraft. He replaced the windows in the kitchen, the flooring, removed a non-load bearing wall. He also hung a couple of doors.
