Great! I contacted the owner by telephone, and based on my measurements and info about the site (steps, distance to street, etc.) he was able to give me a estimate over the phone. Since he was going to be in the area the next day, he offered to come by with his crew the next day and take a look, if he could in fact do it for the price he estimated, they would take care of it that day. They were on time and very professional. We have only on-street parking, and since the area in front of my house was initially blocked by a car I didn't recognize, the owner went and spoke to my neighbor before parking in front of their house (it turns out the car belonged to someone in the neighbor's family, so they were able to move it so it was more convenient for TNT to park.) The three man crew dismantled the shed quickly. I appreciate that these guys try to salvage and recycle or resell what they can -- in this case much of the shed was rotten, but they were able to remove the roof joists intact and in good shape.

I live in Virginia and my mother lives in Delaware county. I needed an old rug removed from my mother's living room before I had a cleaning service to come in. They responded immediately and arranged to come out and get it. They quoted me $100 site unseen -- when they arrived they had to move a number of things around before they could get to the carpet.. Even so, at $150 their price was reasonable and efficient. They took out the carpet and saw to it's disposal and returned everything to it's proper place

Phoned office for quote and delivery schedule. Very pleasant and friendly office manager. Estimate in line with others. Pick up guys (3) called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and they did so to the minute! They were polite, introduced themselves and worked quickly to "load the stuff". Excellent service from my first phone call for an estimate, to the closing of the truck door. Plus they saw our cardboard to go down to curb for recycling and they took that too as they recycle!! Would highly recommend TNT and they will most definitely get our repeat business.

This job was great. It was done so quietly, perfectly and quickly that I am thrilled. Seth arrived and introduced himself and his very professional crew. They worked so quickly and carefully that I cannot tell how impressed and happy I am. I have hardwood floors. The furniture was carried out. They did not disturb other furniture, my floors or my freshly painted walls. While they were here the office called to know if they had arrived. When i said they were here and half way thru Donna hoped it was going well, It was going perfectly. I have had some wonderful people work in my house that I have found on Angie's LIst. TNT is one of them. This is a really great and reputable firm. I would tell everyone use this company.

I had a great experience with TNT. I called them on a Friday evening to come and remove a couch and chairs the following Tuesday morning. They showed up right on time, and called to confirm beforehand. The workers were friendly, professional, and quick. Even though I was a bit outside of their normal service area geographically, they still responded with fantastic service start to finish. When I have needs of this nature in the future I will certainly call on TNT again.

The service from original inquiry thru actual day of service was great. They were very accommodating with scheduling and prompt in calling ahead to remind and confirm appointment. Underestimated the size of the job and size of truck needed (my fault, not theirs) and they ended up having to leave and come back 20 mins later with a second truck to finish the job. Theirs attitudes and service were consistently positive and helpful, even in the face of realizing my mistake caused them to have to make a second trip in pouring down rain. Highly recommend them for hauling/moving.

They were wonderful and did excellent work. They were held up a bit but they kept in touch with me and called when they were on their way. I plan on calling them again to do more.

I have used TNT not once, but twice already, because I have been so pleased with their service. This is a small business that answers the phone in person or returns messages promptly, gives very good value for the money, shows us when they say they will and does what they say they will. They have been able to come either the same day or the next day after I called on both occasions. They worked quickly, cleaned up any mess, did exactly as I asked. I was given an estimate over the phone when I made the arrangements, and in both instances, there was no change in the actual cost. The "window" needed for scheduling was short: two hours the first time and one, the second time. I especially like that TNT tries to recycle or salvage as much material as possible, so I am not just contributing to a landfill. I recommend them highly.

This firm is awesome. For a variety of reasons we needed to have several wardrobes, bureaus, and bookcases moved to other floors of our house. We also needed to remove a bureau, wardrobe, and several cans of old paint. Finally they moved a couch with a pullout bed to my brother?s house. We spoke to Tom Lamb (the owner) and Dawn (who works in the office) about our needs. Both were responsive and professional. We made an appointment and Chris and Anthony arrived on time and they were fabulous. They did not appear to notice or care that our house is a mess and were positive and upbeat the whole time. Having dealt with movers before, I offered Anthony and Chris the option of removing the interior doors. They had a measuring tape and told me that they did not think it was necessary and they were right. They moved everything quickly and carefully. Nothing was damaged or marred. They earned a well deserved tip.

When I contacted TNT, they gathered info about the size of the shed, material, etc. to provide me with a quote. Although they were able to perform the work the following day, my schedule required that the work be done the following week and they accommodated my schedule. On the day of the work, the two-person team called to confirm the appointment and give me an estimated time of arrival. They arrived, introduced themselves, confirmed pricing and got right to work. They worked diligently and completed the job in about 90 minutes. They cleared all of the materials and surrounding debris, and were extremely professional. Overall, a great job!

Tom moved all of the materials I wanted removed into his truck. He worked quicky, efficiently and with great ease. He was polite, friendly and the earlier estimate was correct. I was delighted at the rapid service. I was amazed that they were able to get to me in under 4 hours. I was also really happy to have those materials out of my way and my garage back. I would suggest this compay to anyone needing to clean out an area. They were fast, efficient, polite and careful. Great Job! Great Experience! Hire this company.

It was very quick & easy. I left a message, they called back the next day, and sent someone out that same morning. they did their best to estimate cost over phone based on my description and they gave me a range of 100-200 dollars. It ended up being $190. the guy was super nice and very communicative. he called when he was leaving and notified me he'd be there within 30 min. also friendly and good worker while he was loading.

They came out and did the work professionally. It was all good. I forgot to get a written receipt from them and they have never responded every time I have called them to get that. Maybe if I call them to say I need work done they might call me back and I can ask them for a receipt. They were fine and did a great job otherwise. This is the only minor issue I have with them.

They were prompt and worked quickly. I did not have everything separated so they had to work with me to tell them what was going and what was staying. I hired them not only because of their competitive price but also because they remove household chemicals, ie paints, varnishes, automotive, cleaning, etc. They said that they dispose of them properly. If they did not offer that service, I would have had to remove those items myself, and wait to take it all to a city hazardous chemical drop off loaction.

My appointment was for Friday, between 9:30 and 10 am. I called that morning to confirm the appointment and was told they would be at my house and I'd be called when they were on their way. I called again at 12:15, 1:30 and finally reached someone at 3:30. Tey never showed up even after being assured they would be here. They did not return my calls either.

They were very professional and friendly, arrived on time and completed the job in the time quoted. Keep in constant contact throughout the job, making sure they were removing all the right things, since some things were staying.

They arrived on time, they were polite and were careful to protect the kitchen floor as they hauled the junk out the back door. In addition to removing many large items, they cleaned out the area around the oil tank which was full of dust and debris from years of old cement walls deteriorating, and left it clean using a shop vac. They took out a lot of junk and I thought the price was very good.

I called them in the morning to get a quote. The lady called me back shortly and gave me a phone quote and said the owner would be in the area that afternoon and could pick up the trash. Confirmed the quote and scheduled the appointment. The owner called us before they headed over and picked up everything. They were courteous and quick. Transaction went smoothly.
