Shawn was excellent, kind, clean, and efficient. I was very pleased. Love is very helpful and she expedited their coming for our yesterday.

I spoke to Matt Donovan. He understood my needs. The first time a few years ago, they replaced the motor. They were polite and did an excellent job. Yesterday I called for Matt Donovan again for a broken spring. He sent Brian Futty and Peter Pham. They came out the same day so I could get my car out of the garage. Did a temporary fix and will be back tomorrow to complete the job.

It was great. Chris was so polite. Willing to explain things to me so i could understand. I was so pleased. The receptionist was very good as well. Great follow up.

One of our door openers stopped working - Chris came out to service it the day after I called it in - OD were great at calling and updating me on his arrival time. He was professional, quick and the installation of a new opener went quickly and neatly. We were very happy with all aspects of this service, and commend Chris on his great work. We have 3 doors and will absolutely get them back in should something else go wrong.

Chris came and had a solution to repair the door and the coil. He came the day we called him and he did a great job. He worked hard to save us money instead of try to charge more. I would recommend them.

I called yesterday morning and spoke to Cindy who was able to squeeze me in and have someone come out that day, which was amazing. Chris was the technician they sent out. He was prompt and did the work very well. He worked efficiently and was very clean.

Their service was prompt and very efficient. Dalton Clark was the installer and was courteous and very skilled. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

All the people that I contacted with the company, Vance, Cindy and Matt were all so polite and nice. It was nice dealing with them. I am a widow so it is very important for me to deal with someone who is reliable.

They were absolutely professional. They were here on time, were very mindful of their surroundings, and cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and engaging with my wife, myself, and our dog. They told what they were doing each step of the way. They were very clear about the follow up about the balance of what we owe them. They were really first rate. Matt Donovan and Dalton Clark were the ones that came out.

They were very responsive and prompt in the selling part of the process. At the end of June, the sales rep came out to my house at a convenient time, showed me the materials, reviewed the features and took all appropriate measurements. He came up with a very good price for the awning and I agreed to purchase. He said that it would take about 3 weeks for them to get the awning in from Sunsetter and when they did, they would call to schedule installation. Nearly 6 weeks later, I get a call that the awning is in and they'd like to come out to install it. At that point we were leaving for vacation, and I told him it would have to wait until after Labor Day when we got back. I called during the first week of September to schedule installation, but they never called back. After waiting to hear back for 2+ weeks, I called again ... and again. I finally got through to somebody who could schedule the installation and that went smoothly. All in all, it's a great product and the actual work seemed to go very smoothly. Really happy with the awning. As for communication, these guys are an epic failure.
