I'm just going to replace my carpet. They responded quickly.

He was very professional. We will have come again next year.

It was easy to use them. They came and did whatever they needed to do and we had one or two extra areas to be cleaned and they just accommodated it. That was easy to arrange. It was a Deal and it was good one. It was easy to work with them and they were very good.

Chris George owner of Johnny's Carpet Care showed up at his scheduled time to review the work to be performed; he provided a quote at that time and the work was scheduled. He contacted me the day of the work to insure that we were still on schedule. The work performed; steamed cleaned office carpets; stripped and waxed lunch room and hallway floors and cleaned foyer tile and grout was done on the schedule we needed; it was performed in a professional manner, and we would definite use his services in the future. He called the next day to check to see if we were satisfied with his excellent work, my words not his.tict

Scheduling appointment for cleaning was a breeze. They showed up on time and took great care and detailed the rugs till they appeared renewed. The cleaning product they used was a pleasant scent, not over powering.

It wentt pretty well! My only compaints were that I had told them they didn't need to clean one of the area rugs because it really needs to be replaced and instead of not cleaning that one, they didn't clean a different one. I was surprised upstairs with the wall to wall carpet that they didn't put plastic or foam under the furniture like the other services I've used in the past have done. I don't think there will be a big difference, mind you, but just a heads up about it.

Chris called on his way to my home to verify he would be on time. He came in and cleaned my 10 year old furniture. They looked clean and smelled clean when he was done. I was impressed that he got some minor stains out and that he made old furniture look almost new again. He was in and out in about an hour. Thanks for the great job Chris!

Chris came in with an assistant and completed my house in an hour. Was very professional and did a terrific job.

Chris came to me highly recommended. I was in a big rush because I was trying to get my house on the market and even though he was extremely busy, Chris did his best to accommodate me and get my cleaning finished. He did a great job, got all my small marks out, and made my carpets looks like new. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Chris was very punctual, actually arrived early. He was extremely professional in explaining what he would do and assessing what he was cleaning. My two pieces of furniture are noticeably cleaner and the carpet also. This is my first time ever having my furniture and floors professionally cleaned and it was a great experience. I definitely recommend Chris and will use him again.

They are terrific! My Father in law let them in and informed me they were only there for about 45 min. I was wondering how my carpet would look when it was completed on a short time but when I came home, it was fabulous. It still looks great. An exceptional job & I highly recomend them.

Chris was very professional. I had to reschedule him twice and he was very gracious. I had purchased a big deal, but added on a few more areas. There were lots of stains on the carpets - between cats and children - and Chris was able to get most of them out. I would definitely recommend him to others.

It was fine, I just had it done yesterday. It was wonderful. They did a great job. He was on time, he does his work, cleaned up and he were gone. He told me he'd be a few minutes late, he called me the day before he confirmed that he might be a few minutes late.

I purchased one of the deals for $149 for 4 rooms and a hallway and they contacted me the same night I bought it (on a Sunday!!) and told me how to schedule it! I spoke with them on Monday and my service was completed on that Tuesday!! Very quick and efficient! He showed up early and completed the job in record time! The carpets look like new!!!

Very easy to schedule and Chris arrived exactly on time and was ready to get to work immediately. We talked about the troubled areas and he spent time to explain the entire self contained cleaning system as I was intrigued by it. - He protected the corners of the walls from the cleaning hoses. - Use shoe covers to protect the clean carpet - Explained the cleaning process before he started and what to expect - Cleaning took approximately 45min to an hour - Carpets looked great when finished - Dried completely in around 5 hours with the help of a few fans I am setting up a 6 month cleaning schedule with Chris, which should be all of the recommendation needed. Definitely a benefit to this site.

Chris contacted me within one day of purchase - completed work one day later as he had a cancellation and it fit in my schedule. Upon arriving we reviewed the areas to be cleaned - I added an extra room and additional cleaning needed (places the dog slept) which added $75 to the total price. Very pleased -- Chris took carpets that I was about to tear out and made them look new again. I highly recommend Johnny's Carpet Cleaning -- you will not be disappointed.

He cleaned out stairs which had berber cream carpet. The stairs were an eyesore. He cleaned coffee stained from the bedrooms - yes we had mysterious coffee stains in every bedroom. He is detailed and efficient guy.

He was friendly and easy to deal with and was prompt on the day of scheduled work. He did a great job! I would recommend him and use him again!
