American Carpet Cleaning

Well he went through three room an entire basement stairs and three area rug in about and hour. Thought to myself that was kind of quick. When the floors dried the next two days I said these carpets do not look or smell clean. What he did was concentrate on the spot and did not clean my carpets. I took out my personal steam cleaner and went over the carpets again the amount of dirt that was in my cleaner pick up tank was unbelievable being that I had just had them cleaned professionally. The next day I redone the area rugs and the same thing the return water container was filled with very dirty water . This time I had my husband record it and take pics so he could see that it was the same rugs he had cleaned just a few days prior.I text the pics and a text with how dis pleased I was to him to give him a chance to redeem himself .More than a week later no response!It is obvious that he is not concern about returning customers or the quality of his reputation. There is a difference between worn and dirty and worn and clean. I will not use or recommend Johnny's Carpet Care again, Johnny carpet did not care about my carpet or my concerns of the service I purchased.

Everything was okay; I don’t think he did a fabulous job. My carpet is a little old and they need a little extra work and they looked good when they left. They looked good for maybe a day or two after that but then the stains came right back up again. So, I don’t think they did a very good job. They were punctual, they were very nice but I don’t think they really worked very hard. Probably they would do a good job for a sheet’s job.

Was very careful and at the same time did a good job especially on some stains that had happened during renovations

They did an incredible job. My carpets were very soiled and they came up beautifully. I am so so pleased. The provided arrived on time was professional and friendly and did the work in an extremely timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them and would definitely use them again. In fact I have recommended them already to a number of people. The job was fantastic.

Everything went perfectly. Chris was professional from the time I called to make an appointment and get an estimate of cost. He arrived on time today, explained everything to me, including the cost, and proceeded to go to work. The work was completed in a little more than an hour and was done beautifully. It is a shame there aren't more businesses today with the work ethic Chris believes in. Thank you!!

The owner of Johnny's cleaned our bedrooms and hallway carpets. They deodorized the hallway because I said, that my dog liked to lay there frequently. Not sure if he did. Didn't stand over him! I didn't smell any deodorizer but, I'll take his word for it. He was very nice and the job was finished within 40 minutes. From the time he set-up his equipment until he left the driveway, wow!!! My family doesn't wear shoes in the house so, the carpets were not soiled. The job was definitely not a challenging one. We just wanted to get rid of dust mites and to fluff up the rug pile. He arrived 20 minutes late for our appointment but, he called and apologized. Carpets look nice!

Outstanding service all around! When I scheduled my appointment I was given a small window of time so I didn't have to waste my entire day waiting. He even sent me a text message when he was on his way to my house so I knew exactly when he would arrive. Very courteous and friendly from the second he got to the house. Did an excellent job and was even able to remove some stains I had already accepted as permanent. When he finished he even gave me tips on how to deal with any further issues. Incredible service at a darn good price. Definitely will use again and would HIGHLY recommend.

Chris, the owner of Johnny's Carpet Care, arrived on time like he said he would. He estimated it would take him about 3 hours to complete the work and it did. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and walked me through the process. Our rugs had not been cleaned for many years and they now look like new. The stairway looks amazing and so does our kitchen. We have one foot square white tiles in our kitchen and foyer area along with white grout. Our kitchen floor had not been professionally cleaned for about 7 years and looked great when he was finished. When my wife came home she was amazed at how the carpet and kitchen floor looked. When we decided on who to get I really did not have any recommendations so I thought I would do some research on Angie's list. When I read the great reviews about Chris and Johnny's Carpet Care I thought I would give him a try and I was not disappointed. My only disappointment, and it is minor and probably just due to old age meaning the kitchen floor (15 years), was I was hoping the white grout would have c;leaned up better, but I guess it is what it is. I would highly recommend Chris if you are looking for someone to clean your carpets or tiled floors and I would definitely use him again.

The cleaning by Owner Chris saved me 2,000 since didn't need to replace carpets. Prior tenants were very dirty and careless and carpets had dozens of stains.

I cannot more highly recommend these gentlemen. I needed my carpets to be cleaned very well for a move-out for I wanted my security deposit back. The two gentlemen who did the work were very friendly and intelligent. They worked fast and did an amazing job. The got out some stains I didn't think could be removed. They were punctual, professional, and efficient. Very fast service. Thank you very much for doing such a wonderful job!

The owner, Chris, completed the job and was completely professional. More than that, he's very nice guy and listens to concerns. The job was completed quickly and completely. He also left some spot remover behind for future use. I will absolutely use this business in the future.

My carpet was in a horrible shape! Chris arrived on time (even 10 minutes early) and got right to work. I had warned him that my carpet was pretty bad, but unlike other services I have used for my well worn carpet he did not make me feel embarrassed about it. In less than an hour he had my carpet looking great! I didn't think it could look this good! THANK YOU JOHNNY'S CARPET CARE!!!!
