I had not expected them to be able to remove all of the stains and they didn't, but I was quite pleased with the overall work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

He addressed several stains, including pet stains, advised us on the proper maintenance of pet stains, and suggested areas that could be better served by other types of flooring. Description of Work: Carpet cleaned in 4 rooms , stairs , & hall as well as scotchgard added. In addition about 8 smaller rugs were also done. The stains came out, the carpet looks new despite being 7 1/2 yrs old. Chris was early and completed it in good time. Have used them before & would again.
