Description of Work: We went with a special 4 room option. Decided prior to service that only 3 rooms were needed. Store rep told us that an adjustment would be made. Still billed for the original 4 room special. I called to discuss change in plans but was told that the Angie's list price was non- negotiable. Stains were not totally removed from carpet, without explanation. I am not satisfied, nor will use them again.

Description of Work: Chris is fantastic! This is the second time I've used his services and would highly recommend him! He is prompt, professional, goes above and beyond to accommodate schedules, and is always friendly- and the price is right. The cleaning is exceptional - my carpets have come out beautifully. Great business!
