Description of Work: The owner came, on time, to give me an estimate. Spent a reasonable amount of time looking at the project, taking notes. Told me he would e-mail me with some ideas within a week. That was May 28th. I never heard from him again. I left a voice mail 3 weeks later, asking that he let me know if he wasn't interested in the project, but he never returned my call.
