I highly recommend Jennifer Lewis, who has designed our master bedroom custom closet and our living room wall unit. She is a great collaborator, highly consultative, and brought so many great ideas. We are in love with our wall unit. Because of the pandemic, there were issues getting some of the components fabricated, so there were delays and the work required three separate installation dates. Other than the delays and very spotty communication from Closet Factory regarding the delays, the project went well and the wall unit is gorgeous. Despite having to hound them for updates, I would definitely do business with them again. And I'd ask for Jennifer every time. She's fantastic.

This is a project I really wanted so to see it come to life is amazing. The design process was super easy, even during COVID, and the installation process was just as easy. I couldnâ t be happier working with Jennifer and the Closet Factory! Jennifer listened to what I was looking for but also made suggestions as the expert to make the project even better.

We shopped and took months to make a decision on who to go with and what kind of design we wanted. Our designer, Jennifer, was extremely patient with us and was always responsive when we were ready for the next step, She kept us well informed and was genuinely kind and honest. She truly cares about the customer and ensuring we are completely satisfied. We had 2 installers and they were both diligent and committed to getting it right for the customer.

This business did built-ins for me many years ago and I can attest to the fact that they stand behind their product.

I had an amazing experience working with the team at Closet Factory Allentown, PA! Despite the pandemic, the team was very professional, patient, and worked within my budget. Our designer Jennifer was terrific, kind, and willing to make the changes we requested. Our closets are better organized with less stress. I highly recommend them without any reservations!!!!

They installed my walk in closet just the way I wanted it. The installer was very thorough and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything as he went. I love the organization now of my room.

I rated them mid range because job is scheduled not completed. But reason I signed contract with them was their competitive price but their professionalism put them at the top!!

Very professional & did a great job with my closet however after the job was done they promised to call me to do another project but I never heard from them.

This contractor is very good. They have not yet completed the total job, but will have it done by the middle of August.
