They were very professional from the start and very pleasant to talk to. I called and asked that they come out the same day and they where there 2 hours later.

They are my go to guys. I have used them previously for hvac stuff....both repair and installation of new. This time I used them for plumbing. I trust them.

Next day service and Nate arrived on time as stated. Cost was as estimated.

Nate ran a rotary machine through the pipe and cleared any possible clogs. He explained how the trap and clean pipe (?) worked and determined that the pipe ran to the sewer system. This is a very old house that I don't know a lot about, so I appreciated knowing that the water wasn't simply emptying into and old cesspool. Nate also gave me advise on what I could do to dry up the basement a bit without trying to sell me anything. He even looked at some other issues I was having with plumbing and made suggestions. Nate was courteous, friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and M&M!

We had another company come in, they basically said that it needed to be replaced. Then I brought these guys in, they said, “no, it just needed to be cleaned!” They were thorough and experienced in diagnosing the issue.

It too longer than expected. They had discovered other problems and by the end of the day it was fixed. My initial problem was the pump cycling off and on too often. They indicated I could have a leak (which was the case). Even though my pump was fine I decided for them to replace it since they already had it out of the well.

I called M&M Mechanical LLC because my air conditioner was blowing warm air. They came out the same day. I was impressed with the work from beginning to end. They were able to come earlier than expected and called to see if that would work for me. When he came, the first thing he did was check my filter to see if it was dirty. I asked him to replace it with one I had on hand even though it was not completely dirty, which he willingly did for me. He told me it would probably run $800-$1000 to find and fix the leak (similar to what I was quoted by others in the past). When he went opened up my unit, he quickly found a leak (caused by two pieces of copper tubing rubbing together) -- we discussed the history of the unit and the options. I gave him the go ahead and he fixed the leak. He pressurized? with nitrogen and tested it--there were no more leaks, so he removed the nitrogen, charged up my system with refrigerant and checked the system to see how it was cooling. (He also ran another test outside, but I forget what it was and if it was before or after he replaced the refrigerant.) The system checked out well. I was amazed at how quick the entire process was (approx 1-1/2 hours)--leaks aren't always found so easily. He cheerfully answered all of my questions, did NOT try to upsell me, he told me that I could expect my 8 year old Trane to be good for another 8 years if I take care of it, and then when the bill was figured, charged me the actual $348.90 for the work instead of the estimated 800-1000. I am very pleased. I am sitting in a cool home, very happy with the entire experience. I definitely recommend M&M Mechanical for HVAC--there's a very good reason they have all of the 'A' ratings!

We've used M & M now for 2 different issues including a plumbing issue and an air conditioning issue. They responded quickly with very professional service people who not only fixed our issue but educated us along the way. When our air conditioning malfunctioned during a very hot period, they were able to get us reliable service and fix the issue within 24 hours with an only minor charge for the emergency call. They did not take the opportunity to try and sell us services that weren't needed. They also responded quickly and for free when the plumbing repair was not complete (could not tell it was still leaking unless someone was standing in our shower). The only issue we had was the company they subcontracted with to repair the drywall took a very long time to schedule and come out to finish the job.

I called after hours the evening of March 2nd. Service representative took my details and asked if I wanted emergency service call, I said it was not necessary and she assured me she would forward the information. Sure enough at 8:36 the next morning there was a message in my voice mail. i called back and spoke to Nate who was very helpful and gave me a quote over the phone. i told Nate i would get back to him and let him know. i had no idea what this service should cost and wanted a price comparison and called another service on your list. The other provider on the list took all my information and assured me the would get right back to me.Literally as soon as I hung up the phone it rang and it was Nate from M&M Mechanical. He wanted to let me know that the supplier gave him the wrong price on the unit being supplied and gave me the new quote. i felt comfortable enough with the quote and his sincerity and decided just to use their services. Nate arrived at 1;00 as promised completed the job and needless to say I have not heard back from the provider on your list.

Set up appointment to repair a leaky kitchen faucet . the plumber showed at door at scheduled date and time. after the evaluation it was determined the faucet would need replacement parts that would need to be ordered . to my surprise the faucet was mostly made of plastic and looked to be cheaply made .I decided i would buy a newer better made faucet with replacement parts that were more easily obtained through a plumbing supply store..the plumber was helpful and offered suggestions on more reliable manufactures and places to buy these. I scheduled another appointment with the plumber on the spot for a few days later so i could have time to properly pick out what i wanted. i bought the faucet. same plumber showed up promptly on time again. he installed the new faucet without issue. it works properly. all debris was removed and area cleaned up before leaving. I was only charged for the installation visit, the first visit he did the trouble shooting for me free of charge.

There was a lot to get done, and he was done very quick, without compromising the quality of work. He took care of all the leaks and tightened all pipes. The sink was really backed up but he was able to unclogged it without any issues. They kept me constantly updated on arrival time, and where in time and ready to perform the service needed.

It has gone fine. I have used M&M Mechanical to do routine plumbing. I have also had them do heater / HVAC seasonal maintenance, Always prompt, reliable, and professional. I feel their charges are reasonable. No complaints.

M&M was thoroughly professional and skilled. The estimator explained that our A/C unit could be repaired. Because both furnace and central air units were very old we decided to have both replaced. The bid was detailed. All questions were thoroughly answered. There was an unexpected personnel change after scheduling the work but this did not effect the work at all. The workers were prompt, skilled, experienced, friendly, and professional. The install was very clean. My neighbor worked in HVAC for 35 years and came over to look as they were installing. He told me they had done an outstanding job. I thought so too, but his opinion has more behind it. He was also surprised at the excellent price we got. Some of the workers even tried to recruit one of my family members to work for them, as they explained what an excellent and professional company they worked for. I highly recommend M&M Mechanical. They were prompt, honest, detailed, skilled, and provided fine equipment. Our heating costs were lower and we have noticed a reduction in our electric bill now that both the A/C and furnace are higher efficiency.

When I built my house I had installed heat pumps, a 3 ton & a 5 ton. The one kept giving me problems for the first 4 years, so later I had Geothermal installed in my house. Well that was a big mistake on my part for 'I had nothing but problems. So with that breaking down again I decided to go with a gas furnace. When M&M Mechanical came out to give me a price he looked my house over and determined that the unit was too big for the house. I only needed a 3 ton & 4 ton instead of a 5 ton unit. He feels that's why I was having all of the problems that I had. At this point i was running on back up emergency heat. So I had to wait until the Gas company ran me a gas line in from the street to my house. That took about 5 weeks. In the mean time M&M Mechanical installed the 4 ton heat pump, to give me heat. After the gas line was installed they came back and got my units hooked up and running in 1 day. They knew it was suppose to get cold so they had 7 men here working on the units to get me up and running. His staff listened to my concerns and were very polite. I would recommend them to everybody. I could not be happier.

I called M & M Mechanical this morning to request service for a leak under our kitchen sink. Nancy handled my request professionally with friendliness, courtesy and efficiency. I was told a serviceman would come to our house in the afternoon and that he would call before he came. Shortly after lunch, I received a call from the Nate informing me know he would be at the house within 45 minutes. He arrived a bit earlier than promised. Nate was very courteous and friendly. He looked at the leak, and after checking to see if he had the proper size washer for an older system, found he had to repair it by replacing the older valve system with a ball valve. He was professional and made certain he cleaned up his work area after he was done. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service. We have found a new repair service that we will use in the future. I will not hesitate to recommend M & M Mechanical LLC to my friends and family.
