Green Giant Lawn & Tree Care

Last October our lawn looked awful after having Treatments all summer! We made several calls and got the run around. Finally, one of the Managers/owners came out and agreed that our lawn looked Terrible. We paid additional money for grub control, but received seeding for free. Now, Its August, HUGE weeds are growing and the lawn looks horrendous. We were told we needed rain, BS, it has been raining! We got ripped off majorly. $1700 dollars later! DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!

Green Giant was my lawn care company for four seasons, 2016 through 2019. I decided to look elsewhere after 2019. I think you get increasingly mediocre service for an ever escalating price. I paid for their full range of services for three years, and dialed it back in 2019 after their product killed a lot of grass during a hot summer in 2018. By the 2018 season, after three years of treatment, my yard looked terrible. I had visible tracks of dry grass, my trees were dying back from overspray, I had crab grass and weeds everywhere - things that should not occur with a professionally treated lawn. I called and one of Green Giant's managers visited me at my house in the fall of 2018. We reviewed the yard. He offered to aerate and reseed the yard at no charge and stated that the technician should have brought the condition of the yard to someone's attention. It certainly wasn't brought to my attention as the homeowner. The yard came back, but the 2019 care program was lackluster. The yard didn't improve much. I appreciate the manager's efforts in 2018 but I find their lawn care program lacking. Their technicians appear to mindlessly spray and fertilize and go on their way to the next house. As the homeowner, you spend $100 per treatment, and you're not receiving the level of service you should be receiving.

Their service is excellent. They always call the day or two before coming out. I can pay my bill online. My lawn looks great!

Filled out info on the website. They called the next day and then a day or 2 later they came out and gave an estimate. Scheduled the service & then arrived on time and did work which solved our problem.

The application was fine, although they only did the back yard? Also, I feel that communication within/from this company is poor and needs improvement.

They called & told me they would be here today. They came on time & did a great job.

I purchased aeration and seeding in the spring. There were areas that died off. Green Giant lawn and tree reapplied the seeding in the fall at no cost. Excellent customer service.

very quick to respond to request. Service man was very attentive to emails & questions. Service was performed. no follow up.

Was not home, but I can always count on them to make sure my gate is closed so my dogs don't get out.

Excellent results, weeds are decreasing and our grass is much greener and lush. And of course the pest problems we had (bees) were eradicated quickly. The team is especially nice as well, from the person answering the phone to the technician performing the service.

I've been using them for 10 to 12 years. I am very happy with them. They leave my lawn in good shape after they are done.

We had a lot of damage to or lawn from skunks digging it up for grubs. Plus the crab grass and weeds were out of control. Green Giant provided an estimate for their recommended treatments. They been here for 2 treatments and the lawn (~ 1 acre) looks much better than it has in years.

They came out and fertilized and treated the trees. They're top notch. I would highly recommend them.

Their pricing is good. They keep up with the treatments pretty well. They call ahead of time so they just don't show up when you're not prepared and I think the quality of the product is pretty good.

The price wasn't that expensive because of the size of our lawn. They were here when they said and they did a good job. My grandson cuts the lawn and he was complaining because I had the weed and seed done. I was very pleased with their service and I would definitely use them again. They had the best price for the amount of land when I was shopping around. They were the cheapest and they did an excellent job.

I would give them all A's.
