Serviceman was efficient, knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem immediately and explained all to us.. Arrived earlier than the appointment time, which was fine. Was here for approximately 40 minutes; gear box was $45 so felt the service time charge was a little high.

The installers were prompt, professional and cleaned up after they finished. We are very pleased with the garage doors and openers and the installation process. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Showed up on time and performed the work quickly. Used a spring that we bought but a heavier gage tension wire.

Donna came to the home with samples and to take measurements. Install was scheduled for a few weeks later at 0900 on Tuesday. Installers were punctual and completed install in a couple of hours. Everything works and looks great.

They were very quick. I called them and they were out here within the same day. They provided very good service. Their price was very good.

All went well until door was installed. We had specifically informed County Garage door that our garage floor had a slight dip in the center. The door now leaks in the center and at both ends. We never had any leakage with the original door. We have called repeatedly (three plus times). They did send one of their installers who told us the door was installed properly and they could not see why it leaked. We have basically been told by Donna that it is our problem. Yes she did suggest something that may solve the problem, but she told us we should do it ourselves. There has been no willingness to resolve the issue and absolutely no sense of urgency.

I choose this company because it was on Angie's list, and my neighbor had used them to replace his 10 year old wood door with a metal one. My neighbor was very satisfied with the service. I called them, and they came that afternoon. The technician was able to repair the bracket, rebalance the door, and reset it on the tracks. The work took about 90 minutes, and now the door works great. My door is about 10 years old and is wood. He told me the door was still in good shape, and that if I keep it lubricated and painted, it should last another 10. I thought I might be in for a replacement just like my neighbor, but he did not try to sell me a door. The price was fair too. I would recommend these guys.

I have used County Garage Door company several times and have always had a good experience and have been satisfied with the cost and job performed by them. I would recommend them to anyone.
