 + -1 moreArt is a superb contractor. I would hire him in a minute. I decided to go with another type of heating system that he does not install. Otherwise I would have hired him right away. Answers all communications and questions thoroughly and patiently. His bid was very fair and not an overly inflated price to pay for "big company" overhead and sales people.
Description of Work: Art have me an estimate on a new boiler.

 + -1 moreHe responded to my call very quickly...came in and was very courteous and professional, got the job done and things were working and when I got the bill I was floored by how inexpensive. I will definitely use him again and again. He has a lot of integrity and I felt his service was worth way more than I paid him!!
Description of Work: There were two separate occasions...one when my air conditioner didn't work and one when my upstairs heater didn't work. I am not sure what he did but he got them working for a very low cost and didn't try to sell me a whole new system like others in the past had done...he was quick and clean and courteous...very very pleased
