He showed ask for help. I helped for an hour. He was unable to fix the problem. He said he would be back in few days with a new part and complete the work. He never came back and won?t return calls. FYI I paid him for his time.

Shane was very professional and efficient. He replaced a chandelier in my 18-ft foyer and then moved the old chandelier to the dining area. He was very patient about helping me determine the best height for both chandeliers. All the while, he was very pleasant to talk to and a very nice young man.
