I’ve hired SAW Electric for several jobs and I have found them to be reliable as well as professional. The work quality was just what I hoped. I would use SAW again!

Did not arrive for hours of the appointment time and brought the wrong equipment for the job. So the kid the electrician sent had to leave for more parts to do the job. The electrician never showed up and sent a very young (about 19) apprentice to do the work. The apprentice had to call the electrician several times to do the work step by step. that should have taken an hour to do. He charged me $600 for $300 worth of work. I was extremely inconvenienced. The receipt was completely blank and I am awaiting the receipt I asked for.

I would not recommend using SAW Electric for several reasons. First, the quality of work to install recessed lights and replace light fixtures was poor. They were supposed to do two rooms of recess lights but we only had them complete one because of the disappointing experience. Second, we could very clearly hear the electrician talking on the phone throughout the day about how frustrated he was with the job and how he wanted to be done and get out as soon as possible. This lack of care was reflected in the rushed job. Third, the company manager estimated the duration of work with 2 electricians but only one showed up.

Get an estimate prior to job.

Shane outreached to me via text and was able to provide an estimate from pictures of my existing light fixtures. I appreciated this as it did not waste his time or mine. He was able to come out within a week and complete the job with a reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated his promptness and would highly recommend him.

Santo was very professional and installed our EV charger and 240v outlet in just 30 minutes. Would absolutely hire again.

We hired SAW to upgrade our electric service and add 5 dedicated lines. After we agreed on a price we scheduled a time and they switched it a day before they were to show up... When they showed the work was ok but very messy and sub-professional. Left plaster on the floor, ran wires across the bulkhead instead of along the bulkhead. Only received 4 dedicated lines instead of the 5 we paid for. Tried to book more work with them and they said they would put the last line in when they came to do the next job. They never showed on the date we agreed on and we have not been able to get in contact with them since. They also said they could not put the one dedicated line where we wanted it. We have since hired another electrician the finished the plug where SAW said they could not do it and they finished the work that SAW never came to finish. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Some of the other negative things said from other people on here apply as well. They also owe us money for the line they did not do. I have retained all the text messages as proof.

I wanted a local company as requested. Turns out electrician was 25 miles away; charged $125 to reset a breaker . Took less than 5 minutes; did not provide a receipt and misrepresented being local via zip code I entered
