Everything was done well. I felt the price was way too expensive for the work that was done.

Quoted me a price on two small projects they got here and said it would be a lot more just for the one project and it is a very small project. I do not think its worth the price and now I have no power to my one outlet when he left which I had before he came.

Anthony arrived right on time and got right to work. He worked quickly and installed our light and bathroom fan fast and with very little mess. He cleaned up after his work was done and made sure everything was working before he left. He was polite and professional and I would recommend them for any electrical project you need.

I had explained when I hired SAW that the bathroom was small and was located on the lowest level of the house. The installer arrived with a large bathroom bathroom fan which required him to go to Home Depot to get the proper size fan. It took him little less than an hour (including the trip to Home Depot) to install it. When he was finishedm he handed me an "invoice" which consisted of one figure:$485. There was no breakdown - no cost of parts, no labor. He didn't have what was required to accept a card payment. I asked for an invoice. A barely legible handwritten invoice was later sent by iPhone. The parts cost $ 128.75. Installation cost $200 - tacked onto that. was a $125 service fee. I am not contesting the payment. The job appears to have been done correctly. What concerns me is that Home Advisor does not provide information about the average cost of a the service before one contacts a "professional". And in the case of this particular contractor, a clear explanation of the costs before the service was provided and a professionally done invoice would have been helpful. Does Home Advisor check these "professionals" out with Better Business Bureas?

Poor communication. Needed 3 light fixtures and one ceiling fan replaced (simple replacement of existing) and specifically mentioned that they would need to be assembled (I mean they are new, of course, they would right?) Was provided a quote based on that. The owner texts instead of calls and barely asked any questions. Upon completion of the job, was told that the assembly wasnt expected, and the job took more time than expected so was charged more. No upfront communication about it, just a higher bill once all was completed. Owner did not personally speak to me about it, had the installer deliver the bad news. The fixtures werent anything crazy complicated either. The installer was also 20 mins late, which is understandable, except I had to text to ask if they were still coming.

this was the second time we used SAW electric. They have done a great job both times. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. First time was for dining room and entrance way lights. This time was for a ceiling fan and powder room light fixture. Great Job.
