This is a follow up to my previous post regarding this company. Once the actual item was delivered, everything went well. The installers were prompt, courteous, and fast. There was an issue with a piece not being on the truck, and one of the installers actually drove back to the main warehouse to get a replacement part. Even with the delay, the installation took the expected 4 hours. The play-set is of very high quality - a week after it was installed, a storm dropped a 35 foot tree in our backyard, some of which landed on the slide of the play-set. It was barely marked! The set is truly made to last. I wish the period between purchasing and installation was better - otherwise, this purchase went well.

Nice quality play set - worth the $$. We had them install it - very good experience. Also very accommodating to delay installation of play set for a few months while purchasing a new residence.
