If it were possible to give A+++ I would have. I worked with Shane and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. He gave me an unbeatable quote and timeframe. The team arrived within the timeframe and completed in a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and even assisted me with further work! I had four other quotes given for the same work and none were able to come close to the price he quoted or the timeframe I needed. I was almost reluctant at first to hire him because of the quote -- but I am so happy with the work and professionalism. I will hire Shane and his team every time I need any landscaping done.

I received a call back on a Monday to schedule to an estimate that I had requested. I asked if I needed to be home, and was told no, that the the inspection could be done that day, and that the estimate could be left at my house. When I arrived home after work, the estimate was nowhere to be found. I called on the following Wednesday to inquire as to what had happened, as I was not even sure that anyone had come out. The phone was not answered, so I left a message. It is now Saturday, and I have not heard back from this company, and I still do not have the estimate that was expected last Monday. It was just.... odd.
