My husband was away in business and the pipe in my bathroom burst AND I had a food poisoning while taking care of a disabled child. Talk about timing! I spoke with one of the owners and explained my urgency. He had a booked day BUT he felt so bad for me he said if I can come first thing in the morning 7am I can get to you before my day begins.. this was one of the owners! He came himself and did an amazing job and even spent a couple minutes with my down syndrome child saying how he loves those kinds and I really gotta say, you don't find people like this now a days!! I know who I will be calling next time I have an emergency! Much appreciated!!

I had a burst pipe in my kitchen that needed immediate assistance. Rich and his team were friendly and professional as well as competent and prompt. I would definitely hire again.

The service provided by this company has been excellent. The communication from Richard, the owner, has been excellent. Technicians have been prompt, courteous and professional. Jose was very respectful, and even came on Sunday to finish up the job. That was really appreciated. Highly recommend!!!

They are a great company They came out at midnight to check on my flooded bathroom and got to work that next morning and completed the job within a day I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has any type of water, smoke or fire damage

They showed up when they said they were going to. They showed up with the proper equipment with the correct number of staff needed to finish the job. They finish the job in the time-frame they quote. Their prices are reasonable.

Great. Danny, the regular cleaning person, and his helper, are always thorough and professional. They show up on time, or I'll get a text if they're running late. They know what products work best for the job, and importantIy, I never feel I have to worry about things getting accidentally broken.

They just clean my house, good, I guess. They do a solid job. They are quick. If I get all three floors of my house cleaned, it's a $110. If I only get two of the floors cleaned, it is $90.

They cleaned well but they sent two people and it ended up being more money. I was under the impression that only one was coming, so when two showed up I wasn't very happy. The house was pretty clean to begin with.

I had struggled to find a cleaner who paid attention to details and did the hard stuff--like scrubbing grout--on a regular basis; the guys from Clenz did this and more. For instance, they scrubbed our kitchen floor--which has wide, white grout that tends to turn gray--on their hands and knees and left it as clean or cleaner as when I have done it on my own with bleach. I was very pleased with their work and their price and and I would definitely call them again.

They were flexible and reasonable with our schedule. My only caveat was that they were somewhat ill prepared for the cleaning we needed even though we had forewarned them. Other than that, it was a decent service, perfect for standard basic housecleaning.

My fiance and I have been using Clenz for about 6 months and could not be more pleased with their service. Ian, the owner, is extremely friendly and responsive. I prefer to deal through email (a product of CYA at work I suppose) and he has no problem with it. (Believe it or not, getting people to put things in writing is sometimes impossible - not with Clenz). He always gets back to me quickly and answers all of my questions. Marvin and his team are the best cleaning crew money can buy. They are enthusiastic about the job. If you have pets, even a big dog (like us) it is no problem. Marvin actually plays with our dog and doesn't mind when he follows the team around the house. After a cleaning our house is immaculate. It is spotless. They even make the bed and organized my fiance's shoes in the closet! They use a pet-friendly cleaning agent called Magic Water on all the surfaces, which is an added nicety. Clenz is also fairly-priced. As far as I can tell they are priced competitively at the lower end of the scale. We looked at Keep It Clean With Raylene back when we were first investigating and her prices were outrageous compared with Clenz. You might as well take a second job to keep your house clean. Clenz offers a discount if you use cash. There have been times when I have not been able to make it to an ATM and Ian works with me to get the discount with a check. Overall: A+

One of the crew cleaned the fridge with a TOOTHBRUSH. It's a professional cleaning toothbrush but a toothbrush nonetheless. The fridge looked like it had never been used after she was done with it. The stove was brilliant, the bathroom - superb. That gap between the windows and the window sills - you know that narrow space that accumulates dust and dirt and is so hard to clean - done with that industrial sized toothbrush. They use "green" cleaning supplies. THEY ARE JUST BRILLIANT. I wish that we had know they existed 4 years ago when we moved to Philadelphia and were looking for regular house cleaning services. We would have loved to have these folks clean our house on a regular basis. The owner (Ian) is just the nicest man - this was a one shot deal and we were moving out of the area but he was so helpful and kind. I wish I could find a company like in our new location. Brilliant work, super nice people, fair price - I just wish we knew about them 4 years ago.

The team arrived early (!) and walked through the house with me. Our sellers surprised us by having the home cleaned after they moved out, and I didn't find out until an hour prior to Clenz's appointed arrival time. When they arrived, they walked through the house and offered to leave because the house was in great shape, but I asked them to stay and clean the refrigerator and wipe down the bathrooms. Never have I seen anyone take apart an entire refrigerator to properly clean every crevice! I was so impressed by their professionalism, cleaning skills, and willingness to bow out without getting paid.

Overall the experience was good. It was a first time visit and it took them a little over 3 hours to clean my house. They did a good job. The price was a little expensive and I had to supply my own paper towels and trash bags. However, they brought a new set of cleaning clothes and pads that will only be used in my house. Also, I have pets and typically fur accumulates within a day or two after cleaning. It has been 4 days now and my furniture looks like it was just cleaned. I do not know what products they use but they certainly work!

They have an initial cleaning for about $150 and then depending upon the frequency that you continue to use them, it is between $100-120 bi-weekly. Their service is satisfactory. They have very well-trained staff. They are very responsive to emails.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Clenz. Our cleaning team is reliable and careful with all of our things--never any bad surprises. We originally were drawn to Clenz, as my husband has reactions to strong cleaning products, and Clenz works with environmentally-friendly products. After they have cleaned, our house does not have any strong cleaning odors. While most of the time we are not home when our cleaning team is in, my husband has been home a couple of times, and, again, no reaction to any of the products they used. Finally, the Clenz management office is very responsive, always returning phone calls. Great company!

Their service was good and they did what they were supposed to do. They are quite expensive and I won't use them very often because they charge the same even if we use them twice a month. They are organic cleaners and they know their stuff very well. I would rate them high overall and would use them again in the future.

They come every week for the job. They are very friendly and helpful. They do a good job and punctual. I like their services and will use the same in future.
