Steve was very honest. Everything went great. His inspection was very thorough and he pointed out everything that could potentially cause a problem in the future. He was so thorough that I actually backed out of the first home because it had substantial issues. He then did an inspection on the home that I did end up purchasing and was extremely thorough again. He took many photos of the potential problems so that he could explain them too me. He offered the lowest price of the professionals that I spoke with and even offered a discount for veterans. I was impressed by his work and the fact that he donated a portion of my payment to an autism foundation.

Wonderful. Dave was early for the job and was just finishing the outside inspection when I arrived. He was thorough with his work, and explained to me what he was doing as he did it. The binder he provided has an easy to follow home repair manual and a checklist for me to go through each season of the year. He took photos around the house and above the roof that he included in his report, and gave me a flash drive of all of the photography (over 200 photos) after I got the report. He got the report to me in under 24 hours and it was very easy for me to follow. No hidden surprises when I read it as he went through his findings at the home with me. I would highly recommend him for others to use.
