We could not be more satisfied. Warren was our designer, and his enthusiasm and energy for the project was impressive. Every tradesman who worked on our job seemed genuinely concerned with doing the best job possible, and I think they succeeded. Pete, the owner was at the house frequently, checking on things, and keeping us informed as to what was going to happen and when. The vendors, the granite supplier, counter fabricators and tile consultant were great. I highly recommend Weilers. Thanks for a great job.

My husband and I went to the location on Bustleton Avenue to get an idea of what it would cost to install new kitchen cabinets in the existing footprint. I had visited their website and saw that they had options to either install it yourself with some guidance from them, or have them do everything. When I asked the woman about this who greeted me at the door, she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I then spoke to a salesman (not sure of his name) and stated that our budget was around 10k. He asked me when we were planning on doing the work, and I said as soon as possible. He then told me that I should rethink my plan as 10k was not enough to redo a kitchen. I have gotten quotes at big box and small box stores, and that is simply not true. Perhaps my budget was not big enough for his store, but then he should just say that, and not try to make me believe that unless I have 40k+ I have no hope of a new kitchen. I felt that he was very rude, and did not see anything about the cabinets in the store that explained the hefty price tag.

We have an amazing new kitchen! When we first visited Weiler's we were greeted by Warren, who after showing us some of the features of the cabinet line (Dynasty by Omega), sat with us to listen to our vision and needs for the new kitchen. He then produced a design that, with a little tweaking answered those needs beautifully. Because we were so comfortable working with Warren we proceeded with the project without other estimates. Warren guided us through the selection of materials, making sure that we were happy with the results at each step. Due to the care of Warren and Jane all the work was described and coordinated in advance so that there were no surprises. The workers who came to do the work were all pleasant and respectful of our home. They made every effort to do the best job that they could do, never rushing through but taking pride in their craftsmanship. They were always willing to answer questions. They cleaned up at the end of each day. The process was as painless as being without a kitchen for 4 weeks can be. The end result is fantastic!

I have never been so impressed with the service, quality of work, politeness, knowledge as I am with Weilers. I can't say enough about them they are that good.

The design staff worked with us through the many changes we made with everything until we were completely satisfied with our selections of the cabinets, countertop, flooring and backsplash. Everything - measurements, plumbing, electrical, tilers, work crews - went according to schedule. All professionals and nice people, responsive to any questions we had, the type people you would want to do work in your home. Summary: TOP NOTCH all around: workmanship, professionalism, responsiveness, punctually. The ratings really say it all.

One full day of demolition. All crafts people were on time, personable, open to questions, very detail-oriented, cleaned up every day. Office personnel called often to see how things were going. Can't say enough good things. Would highly recommend.

I had Weiler's do everything from design to install. I have no skills in either area. I had looked around for a while before going with Weiler's. I had received many estimates and they were on par with the others but they offered more experience, a full service design team and a much shorter time frame to complete. Their workers are extremely skilled and polite. Whenever I had an issue they dealt with it promptly. We had only one hiccup with the flooring contractor coming the same day as the countertop contractor, this caused a weeks delay but 1 month was great to get a brand new kitchen. I would highly recommend Weiler's to anyone who is redoing there kitchen or bath.

Weilers did our kitchen design and renovation. They were extremely professional and helpful. They listened to all of our ideas and helped guide us in making our decisions regarding materials. We were fairly committed to doing the kitchen with fairly high-end materials so I knew it would be expensive, but Weilers did a good job staying within the quote they gave us. In fact, they actually let us pick a higher level of granite than they quoted us after they showed it to us and then realized it should be more expensive. But they still gave us the original price. The only hiccup was our specific designer changed companies during our renovation, but his replacement was great. A couple of small details got messed up in the transition, but Weilers fixed those issues promptly. They also guarantee that they will respond to any issues that may arise in the future. I have no doubt this will be true. In conclusion. I would definitely recommend Weilers to anyone looking to do a kitchen Reno. They are not cheap, but their work is top notch.

I walked in to see what they had to offer. I'm a first time home buyer and I wanted to redo my kitchen countertops. This was the first store I went to and I was very excited to start the process. I walked in and looked around for a moment when I was approached by a sales rep. I said that I was looking to redo my countertops. She immediately responded with, "we don't do granite and we only do full kitchens". I never even said I wanted granite. She obviously wasn't looking for extra business. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I was very upset that that was my first experience with getting information on changing my kitchen.

Weiler's completed two jobs for us within the past 8 months. First they designed and installed a new kitchen. This required first ripping out the old cabinets, the pantry closet and the soffits. They relocated a drain from the upstairs hall bathroom because it was passing through one of the soffits. They added numerous electrical circuits for the new lighting which included five new high hats with a dimmer switch, under counter lighting with a dimmer switch, and halogen spotlights lights over the sink. They built a vent to the outside for our new over-the-range microwave. Weiler's installed beautiful cabinets, taller than the original ones since the soffit was removed, and their carpenters added molding at the top which makes them seem to reach the ceiling. They installed a pantry cabinet with pull-out shelves where the pantry closet had been. This gives us much more useable storage space. At our request, they designed and installed a spice cabinet (which we love!) The granite counter top was extended to provide a dining area for three people. The counter top and the backsplash were installed by professional installers under Weiler's direction. The plumbing was done by Weiler's own plumber who did an excellent job. While doing this remodel, the Weiler's team realized that we had a hazardous situation in the laundry room which adjoins the kitchen. The original dryer vent, which we still used, was accordion-type plastic which had become brittle and split inside the ceiling, spreading lint into the ceiling as well as the house. They opened the wall, removed the old venting, cleaned out the lint, installed a metal vent, rerouted it to a closer exterior wall, neatly finished the repair, and charged us nothing additional. The Weiler's crew always arrived on time, were extremely skilled and professional, and cleaned up the area every day before leaving. They always took any debris with them, so it never accumulated in or outside the house. Best of all, Weiler's stands behind all of their work. They sincerely want every customer to be totally satisfied and will go to any extreme to make sure that is the case. Whenever we had a concern, it was addressed promptly. We were so happy with the company and the results of our kitchen remodel that we hired them to totally remodel the master bathroom. The master bathroom remodel took much longer than expected but we are so happy with the results that we feel it was worth it. Most of the work was done by the same team who did the kitchen and most of the above comments apply to the bathroom as well. The only real glitch was when Weiler's hired a subcontractor to do the tiling. He made a great impression the first few days, putting in a beautiful ceramic tile floor as well as a perfect shower floor, but then he messed up some of the wall tile something awful. It eventually had to be ripped off and redone by a Weiler's staff member who did a perfect job. We love the final results of both projects and plan to use this company in the future.

the kitchen was a 4-5 month project since there was a lot of building work required prior to the kitchen installation. Everything went superbly and there no surprises or headaches for us. Having a kitchen totally remodeled is a major disruption to daily life and you need to trust everybody involved in the project. the end result was truly superb and exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure working with the staff at Weiler's kitchen and bath and we would highly recommend them. Our kitchen could have made the cover of any upmarket home remodeling catalog. It gets rave reviews from all of our friends and has totally changed the way we entertain at home. Everything has held up superbly for the past ~7 years and looks as good as the day it was finished.
