 + -1 moreHaig is generally rude once you have given him a deposit or paid. Additionally, the company he contracted with to install our carpets put a nail through a pipe while installng our carpets. I was told to call an emergency plumber and the cost would be taken care of. 5 months later the plumber is calling because neither will pay for the damage they did. A phone call to Unique did nothing except Haig hollered at me and gave me several different excuses as to why it was my fault and I was responsible for the bill. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
Description of Work: We used Unique for new carpet throughout our home as well as hardwood floor deep cleaning.
