+ -1 moreI wasn t happy with Service Port. They were not responsive. I don't think much of their knowledge either, because the service man was sitting on the floor reading the manual. They are overpriced and put in extra fees for gas, mileage, and return visits.
Description of Work: They repaired the thermostat in our refrigerator. He came once and told us to just turn up the thermostat. It still didn't work, so he came back and replaced it.
