Went well. We have been very pleased with service contract for many years.

Technician was on time and was knowledgeable and pleasant. Completed job in timely fashion and informed me of findings and recommendations.

Owner quoted reasonable price for new unit dealing with us for over 20 years on service. Crew came in put in new unit. All were very professional.

They were excellent and very good. I took their maintenance agreement and that was incorporated in the charge. They were professional, efficient and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They took the time to explain as they were going along if I had questions. I would recommend them. The charge was fair. They were very professional.

It went fine and I still get services from them. They are very prompt and professional when they come. I am happy with their work. I have a contract with them and they come twice a year. Their prices area reasonable.

My thermostat went black and became hard to read. I called them to come out and look at it. They said they were available the same day and came right out. He took a look at the thermostat and said it needed to be replaced. He looked at the rest of the system and said the humidifier needed to be serviced. He replaced the part for $20 and used my evaporator panel. Normally it would have been a higher price but he gave me a break by doing this. There was a relay that was pitted and he advised I replace it. The part was $180 and I said to go ahead and fix it. When we came back to the thermostat, I asked him how much to replace it. He said the part with installation was roughly $415 and was made by Honeywell. I told him to go ahead and order the part andit will be fixed shortly as well.

They are phenomenal and I have been using them for about 20 years. They stand by their work and they are thorough. I think their cost is very fair. They are professional, polite and respectful.

When I called them about it, it was not something that they were willing to remediate. They just priced it so high. It was not reasonable. For their installation, they did a good job. They paid attention to sizing the vents correctly. They were on time. They were polite. I didn't have any personal problems with them.

They are very reliable, and I was very happy with their service. Their price was a little on the higher side, but sometimes you get what you pay for. They were very professional.

I have been very satisfied with them. We have used them for years. We are very happy with them. They are very responsive, even when the weather is very hot, and they have a full plate, they react very quickly. Their price is very reasonable.

They did a pretty good job. They charge an annual maintenance fee for 2 visits. They are good, we went to them from another company several years ago, and they are pretty timely, and they seem to be in line with other companies that charge to do this line of work.

He was wonderful. He was very efficient and exceptionally clean, very thorough and very helpful. He told me not worry because my hot water heater had water or moisture on top of it which I honesty did notice and he told me not to be worried because it was very hot and humid and it was humidity collecting on top of it so I should not be concerned. So I was thankful for that information. I thought everything was wonderful because I had dealt with a plumber a couple of months before and he was so arrogant. So in comparison this guy was an angel. It was most pleasant considering what I had gone through previously.

Its always very good. Quick response. They explain what they are doing, what needs to be done and why. They are very pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them. Their pricing is good.

Until the last year fine, no problems but the last 3 visits, there were issues. Once I had to add a little Freon but wasn't told how much (& didn't ask). Two visits later, I was told I needed to add Freon. When I asked how much was added, he said he didn't know and "did you ask the previous tech that question"? I said I didn't think of it but how will I know how much is leaking etc., if I don't know how much is added? HE seemed insulted that I even asked! Another time, I was scheduled for an afternoon appt., they called early in the am & asked if they could come early, like in 20 minutes. I said not before 30 minutes since I had worked overnight. The operator said ok. About 15 minutes later, my doorbell rings... When I said it was suppose to be 30 minutes, he replied "oh, I didn't get that information" but he sure got the information that I would ok an earlier appt. I was with them for about 9 years but because of those 2 visits, especially the 'attitude' of the tech about the Freon, I never renewed my contract and you'd think that when a long-time customer just stops renewing the contract, someone in management would get a clue and call to ask if there was a problem.

Here within one hour. Have had a service contract for H/AC many years. Scott's the best.

It took several visits from various technicians and finally the owner of the company to figure out where the new thermostat (#3) could go. They said they couldn't repair the portable one (#2) I'd been using. I wanted the new one to go in the living room where the original one was, but they said it was going to be a problem to wire it there. I reluctantly agreed to have the new thermostat put it in the kitchen, which is not as convenient. The technicians and the owner were very polite and respectful. I was given a discount as compensation for the problems. I have an annual contract with Scott, and I have generally been pleased with their service. They can be counted on to come promptly, be polite, and clean up afterwards. I can't evaluate their price, as I didn't do comparison shopping.

They are very professional. Arrive on time and thoroughly checked our system. We have had service contract since they installed our system in 2002 and have been satisfied with their service.

Exceptional. Showed up on time for the initial service call. Offered a temporary replacement if needed while the new one was in transit. Didn't use it for the 2 days unit was in transit. Showed up nice and early on the day of installation and completed it the replacement the same day. Courteous and professional would be how I would describe both the ownership and technicians. Would not hesitate to reccomend this company.

We have been using Scott Air Conditioning since 1989. We first had them install a new Heat Pump shortly after we purchased our home. Heat Pumps usually have a life of around 12 years. The one they installed lasted us 15 years and we replaced it with a more efficient unit before it totally died. They have serviced it since it was installed. Curt has always been reachable and they are prompt and responsive whenever we have had the need of a service call. We also recommended them to our daughter for her heating and Air Conditioning and we use them for service on a rental unit we own. Their workers seem knowledgeable and are always courteous. We have recommended them to our friends in the area also.

Have used Scott's since the 90's for maintenance of heating and ac unit. They installed a new unit for us a few years ago. We continue to use them for maintenance. Always reliable and efficient.

They are reliable & dependable. They have always maintained & repaired our systems well. They have come to our home in the evening at times when emergency services were needed
