Please use caution before using this company! I am only writing this review because I would hate to think that someone else shared my experience because I did not speak up. I am not sure what changed, but my experience was significantly different from all of the positive reviews I had found online. The work done was extremely sloppy and poorly done. Paint ended up on and permanently stained the following places: hardwood floors, carpets, tile floors, shower tiles, bathroom sink, doorframes, window sills, faceplates for outlets, toilets (inside, outside and all over the back) and my dog’s water bowl. Crumbs were left all over my kitchen. Chips were left on my master sink, granite counter top in my kitchen, kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. Multiple face plates for outlets were missing. Scratches and dents were left on my hardwood floors and one large groove where care had not been taken when moving my refrigerator. There was a hole punched into the ceiling of one of my bathrooms. Paint/painting products were poured down my kitchen sink and my garbage disposal now makes a funny sound when I use it. It was a 2 day job and I said yes when I was asked if the painters could leave their things, thinking they did not want to lug everything back to their van but they would at least tidy up a bit. I did not realize that meant they literally would just walk out the door. They saw me come in with my dog and did not say anything or seem concerned about the condition in which they left my home. There were trays with wet paint, drop cloths all over, a box cutter (hidden under things but still potentially could be stepped on) and an empty coffee cup just lying on the ground. The second day I came home to find my house in complete disarray and a fork sitting in my kitchen sink. A fork covered in what appeared to be blue paint. The painters would have had to go through the drawers in my kitchen to find the fork, something I definitely did not give permission for them to do. I spent 4.5 hours scrubbing my home after they left to make it livable again. I am sure Premier would tell you they gave me a discount on the work. Which they did. And the 10% off did not cover the cost of having someone come in a clean my home and for someone to come and clean the carpets. They also offered to have insurance cover the repairs for the gouge in my hardwood floor. Since I did not want to have to deal with taking off work and not knowing the materials/craftsmanship of the company I would have to deal with I decided that would be more stressful than living with the damage to the floor. And Premier promised they would come and fix the worst of the painting errors. But once I had given them money, they no longer followed up with me. I would recommend that no one use this company. I caught the manager making contradictory statements multiple times. They proved to be unprofessional and untrustworthy. I moved into an immaculate, new construction home 6 days prior to Premier coming to my house so I can confidently say that 100% of the damage was caused by them. And they would probably say the things I complained about are all cosmetic and minor. But the problem is there is still damage. Not one room in my home escaped unscathed. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble I went through.

I hired Premier Choice Painting for an entire house paint. We bought the crew lunch, and let them work in a way that was best for them. The result? I prepaid for work to be done in the spring, and they stopped responding to me, like they went out of business. I had to take them to court, and I won the judgement. And even worse, my wife had two rings stolen from her bedroom drawer - feeling very violated. After months of supplying proof-after-proof, their insurance company paid to have the rings replaced, but the sentimental value was gone and the feeling of violation still lingers. Absolutely would not recommend.

The work went very well and the price was fair. They were very professional and reliable. I have a 3 year old daughter and even when I tried to keep her occupied and out of their way she would ask them so many questions about what they were doing. They were so nice and polite which I really appreciated. In may daughter playroom I decided to do stripes on the walls and they really turned out great. Johnathan had some great suggestions about for that room because the walls have some odd shapes. He moved all the furniture out of the way himself and made sure it was all put back nicely and cleaned up very well. I would definitely hire them again.
