Lethal Pest Solutions

I think it's time for a current review since all of the ones on here date back pretty far...We have been using their services for 20 years or so (this in our second house) and we're on the Quarterly Treatment Program. I cannot remember the last time my wife complained about seeing a bug and that makes me truly happy! I can't recommend them highly enough.

The service is average. I don't believe in glue traps. I don't think they came with whole a bunch of glue traps. I took them, but I didn't have put any down,, because I don't think it would work. we were charge for almost $200.00. I will give them a B, but not a full B.

They treated 2 rooms for ants. I haven't had a problem since then. They did a great job. Whatever gel or solution they put down really works. The ants were gone almost instantly. The technician was very nice. I wouldn't use anyone else and I recommend their service.

Excellent! Very responsive. Came out for service same day that we talked. Gentleman that showed up to do the service was professional and explained everything that they were going to do.

They are very professional and know what they're doing and were cheaper than everyone else. We had a pest problem and they needed to come out several times. They took care of it completely. Pests never came back.

No empathy for your own work schedule...they want to do it when they want to do it and you darn well better not postpone often. RUDE and LOUD OFFICE STAFF. Very bad attitudes.

We had a nest of yellow jackets beside our coy pond. My husband was stung while working near there, and so we wanted to get rid of the swarm before we had our pond cleaned. We called Lethal Pest Solutions and asked for someone to come out, but they refused, assuming I think that the swarm of insects was honey bees. We were able to have our pond cleaners remove the swarm before they cleaned the pond, but we were embarrassed to have to ask them, since that wasn't their job. In November, the exterminator came by to do the routine treatment, and after spraying inside, presented the bill. We paid and then asked if he had sprayed outside. He said he hadn't (this is a normal part of the visit). He left, but in a short time the truck was gone. We are still not sure that he actually sprayed outside. Last week, we were contacted by the office to say that the exterminator would be out Friday morning (the assumption is that they will be there unless you call them to say don't come). We planned to leave for a trip on Friday, and we also did not intend to use the company again, so my husband called the office to cancel the visit. The woman on the phone said that the computer was down, but that she would pass along our message. On Friday morning, we were at the airport and learned that the exterminator had come to our house anyway. Apparently our message had not reached him. This only confirmed that we will use another company.

Went great waiting for problem to be resolved.

They were very good. They come and may treat for free if they need to.

Lethal expertly applied a product that totally eliminated the bugs that had been crawling around in all my kitchen cabinets (UGH). We have not seen those critters since!

Would use again. The service provider was willing to come to our personal home to collect the check before traveling to the rental property to do the work there (saving me a trip to meet him). Work was done fine.

Very good, professional, courteous and efficient. Get the extended contract.... you won't be sorry...termites could re-appear at any time, regardless of company.

Called Lethal and explained I needed someone to come to our new home to treat the home for pest control along with checking a hole we had in the backyard and were not sure if we had a critter living in it or not. They arranged for someone to come to our home a day later to treat the exterior of the home for pest control and check the hole for any movement. The person they sent was on time and very nice explaining what he was doing and also explained how they will come out every couple of months to treat the exterior of our home. We are very happy with the treatment and they were nice enough to check the hole for movement and did not charge us since they did not believe an animal was living in the hole. We will be using them in the future for our treatments for pest control for our home.

Everything was great. I have been using them for nearly 15 years, and they always do a fantastic job.

They started out by treating the house for termites, which was around 10 years ago. We have a brick patio and have a lot of ants on it. The guy came out and sprayed the patio without charging us anything. Once we had a pantry moth, so they just told us over the phone what to do about it.

They come when they are supposed to, they do a good job. If there is a problem, I call them and they come to take care of it.

I found this company on Angie's List. I would give them an A for everything.

We saw earwigs and stink bugs in the house for the first time so we called this terrible company to come and spray to kill them. The bugs were only in the basement and we wanted to keep it that way and kill the ones that were down there. They came and sprayed really quickly and half a**. A day later the bugs were all over my living room and in other parts of my house.I payed a close to a hundred bucks to have them only make the problem worse. I do not know what kind of crappy business is being run by them but beware to everyone that wants to use them, because they suck. Since this review was posted they called and offered to come back and rectify the problem I was having at no cost.

This is the second time we've used this company, and I'm positive come Spring we'll be calling again.

I got them from Angie's List. They were very good and very reasonably priced. They were prompt. I would use them again, so I am continuing the contract with them. The tech was very informative and very courteous. They gave us an estimate upfront and explained us everything that we needed to know about the process and about continuing the contract. They have very good customer service to go along with their work.

Arrived on agreed upon times price was reasonable, very professional, explained that I would see hornets milling around for several days. Trying to get back in their nest. and then nothing.

John came out and inspected the house and placed bait traps for mice. Our sons were at home during the service. Everything was explained to them. John later came out to inspect the traps and explained everything to me. He was very personable and professional.

They have a great system and they don't make you sign a contract or anything. All they do is they call you once a month and ask if you need anybody to come out. If you don't want anybody to come out, they won't and if you want then they do come out. It's a really great system. Sometimes you have a bug problem in the beginning of the spring when it's wet, and sometime in the fall it gets wet again. You don't have people spraying stuff all the time. The technician was awesome. He paid attention because we have kids. He is the appropriate staff. Every time we have a problem and we call, they just come out and take care of the problem right away.

I didn't like the inspection. I thought it was very poorly done. They inherited a contract we had with a different company. The other company went out of business, and they bought up all of the contracts. We were paying for an inspection, but all they did was walk around and say, "You're fine." They weren't even looking. I have cancelled the contract because I can inspect better than they can. I can get on the ground and look for termites. I will call somebody when I need pest control.

The representative is pleasant, and informative. I have scheduled an early morning monthly visit for a few months and he is prompt and on time.
