They are very professional, polite, do a great job in a timely manor and gave me good advice. I will use them again.

I was very disappointed in the response I got. They told me they were not interested in performing gas line work or repair/leak detection and wanted to focus on 'regular' plumbing repairs. Only thing I can say is at least they called me back, but not sure I will be using them again in the future.

It went very smoothly. They worked well with the other subcontractors schedules. They are always on time, clean and pleasant to deal with.

The service providers were professional and prompt. They replaced a toilet. We bought the least expensive toilet there is with a round seat and it was still $500 installed. Newtown Plumbing did the same work last year for around $300. Gallelli is a little overpriced.

They were very professional, offering additional ideas and recommendations neither myself or my designer thought of. John and his crew were always on time, responsible and did an amazing job. I have used them after the kitchen for other plumbing needs

I called on 2/26/15 to scedule a plumber to replace cartridges in a kitchen sink and repair the dishwasher connection to the sink trap. . An appointment was made for 8 a.m. the next day. Steve showed up exactly on time and afer a quick look at the faucet and the replacement parts which I provided he proceeded to carry out his work in a skilled and professional manner. He laid down a tarp to protect the floor, replaced the cartridges and the sink trap and was complete including cleaning up within an hour. I would not hesitate to call John Galleli Plumbing again.

He suggested we pipe the water next to outside wall and I shared his estimate with my contractor. My contractor got me someone who did the job at half the cost. This contractor suggested the water pipe should not be next to outside wall as they could freeze in the winter. With the winter we did have, we did have pipes freeze in our laundrey room because although they were insulated it was extremely cold below zero for many days straight. I would have had a major problem in my new kitchen. Otherwise the guy was very professional, kind and clean.

Gallelli and all of his staff have always performed with the utmost courtesy, efficiency and professionalism. They are the best plumbing service I've ever used hands down. Not the least expensive out there but always completely honest and highly professional.

The repair man was quick and responsive and knew exactly which parts were needed.

Everything was fixed / replaced properly on the first visit. I expected that some of the hose bibs or the shutoff valve would have to be completely replaced. Gallelli was able to repair almost everything, keeping the cost down. This is the most reputable, honest and fair plumbing service we have ever used.

We had a toilet installed by a contractor we had used several times in the past, with satisfaction. The construction company is listed here with high reviews. When the plumber came, he realized that we had a tile floor installed in the bathroom and needed to go to a nearby hardware store for an extension for the drain. He came back and us that he could not find one long enough and that we had to have our floor relaid. He installed the toilet temporarily and left after 3 hours. We were billed over $550 for the installation (we supplied the toilet). We were obviously taken advantage of .... And the toilet was still not installed correctly. As it happened, we had to replace that toilet because we needed a higher seat and we looked on Angie's List. We found Gallelli and set up an appointment. Two men arrived a little early (they had finished their previous job early, looked over the situation and finished a half hour later.

The plumber showed up on time and installed both toilets quickly and properly. He was even able to work around my 9 month olds sleep schedule which was very accommodating. He was very polite, professional, and courteous. John Gallelli Plumbing also one of the few businesses in the Doylestown area that affords a military discount to service members. They are applauded for their support.

They were great! We've had Larry from J.Gallelli fix our plumbing for years on multiple homes. He's super fast, smart, and always shows up on time. He has always done multiple jobs for us in one visit very quickly. They are my and quot;Go Toand quot; plumber for all my plumbing needs.

Great. Extimate was provided promptly and questions were addressed by email. Service was scheduled - it did take a little longer than I expected from the time we signed the work order until they were available to perform the work. But they arrived and were very professional and knowledgable. I was happy that hey we're willing to install the Nest Learning Thermostat as a previous company removed it and installed an old thermostat because they couldn't figure out the Nest.

It went extremely well. In fact, these are they plumbers I've been looking for all my life. They are fast, proficient, on time, and professional. Best of all, their rates are reasonable. My advice to Angie's List members: don't bother with any other plumbers in the Newtown area. I'm not going to.

They are excellent. They come on time. They do a good job. Actually every time I've ever had them over, they always are actually early. They'll give me a two hour window, but they always come before the beginning of the two hour window. I guess their price is okay. I don't have anything to compare it to because I've been using these guys for years. I would use their services again in the future.

It was great. Their price was $200 lower than the competitors. They were quick and clean. The office was great in giving us a quote and talking to us about the options for what we wanted to do. My wife says they were amazing and very polite. They cleaned up after themselves. They came on time and took less time.

Gallelli provided us with a quotation with three different options on it regarding the type of boiler we could have installed, from the most efficient to the least efficient. The quote ranged from $4200 to $6400. After doing a bit of research we decided to go with the most expensive option which also included the most efficient boiler. The removal and installation of the boilers and accessories were completed in a first class manner and were completed very quickly. The work area was left clean and all debris taken away. The personnel completing the job were very professional and their workmanship was first rate. With the big run up in home heating oil prices we are very glad we decided to spend the extra money on the most efficient boiler. It has already paid for itself over the last couple of winters.
