Description of Work: Let me start by saying that the experience with Jin Straugh's service was probably the worst experience I have yet to encounter!I had contacted him because my usual man fell ill. I need the pond serviced.Kid arrives to give a quote, I am told that they get $80 an hour. I asked him the 3 yes 3 times! Afetr they started I was told it is $85 per hour and had been all the time & the kid denies it all. Meanwhile all contact with Jimbo is over the phone with a harshed voiced guy.Two guys are supposed to do the job however one arrives 45 minutes late but I am charged for the whole hour. It is when they begin I find out it is $85 per kid. One guy does the work-very slowly while the late kid stand around ho;ding a shovel and playing with his phone! I am not exaggerating one bit!I also am to that the part I had already purchased is an addition $14.86 and am charged even though it was there mistake.The job included cutting a row of plants back...the kid used small hand shears where a larger clipper would have have been mush more efficient.After an hour & a half I call Jim & asked if he would ask them to pick up the pace.His reply is no, that is how they work, and do I want them to quit.At this time everything is a mess & must be finished so I felt I was being held hostaged.They insisted I need a new pump which was $399, which I found out was only $125 retail. It ended up being the samed as I had.When they left they took my old pump without asking me which they were going to refurbish & resell. When I pointed this out he returned it to me that evening. I since gave it to a friend...there was nothing wrong with it.The whole experience was an expensive nightmare!
