+ -1 moreI gathered several bids some as much as 3X higher, and Ipnosi came in with the lowest. I was a bit worried that the quality would be low because of this and I was very wrong. It took the crew one day to tear off two layers of old roofing, inspect the wood sheathing, cut and install roof vents along the top of the roof, reshingle and clean up. They were very efficient, and they would not even take a down payment until the work was complete and we were 100 percent satisfied. They sealed a loose roof exhaust vent and let me know my chiminey cap and pipe were in need of repair. This was done approximately 5 years ago and I was very happy with them, have not had any issues since the replacement and the roof looks great.
Description of Work: Tear off 2 layer roofing, replace roof shingles, ridgeline vents.
