+ -1 moreThey are awful. Charged me $350 to repair my washer but didn’t fix it. I called them back numerous times and they ignored all my calls. I finally called from another number and they answered. I called them out and their tone changed. They promised to come out and fix it and once again, didn’t follow through and have ignored my calls ever since. Scam artists

+ -1 moreMike and his team are the Best in Bucks. Other service companies we've used in the past can't compare to these guys. The are prompt professional and detail oriented. Excellent warranty service too. I would highly reccomend these folks over anyone else in the area.

+ -1 moreShowed up at my place and couldn't figure out what was wrong with my fridge .Said that the main board has to be replaced and will call me with the quote. Took $90 service fees (which I shouldn't have paid). I tried to follow-up multiple times and realized that they blocked my number. I have complained to BBB and will put the same review all over the net. Totally unprofessional and pure crooks. These are a bunch of liars.

Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Ibbetson for repair on my air conditioner. He responded and we set an appt. for 1-3 the very next day. When no one came by 3:45pm, I called. The receptionist located Mr. Ibbetson and called me back apologizing stating that he was tied up for this day and could not get to me until the following Monday. Meanwhile, temperatures are above 100 degrees! I understand getting tied up, but I do not understand no phone call from anyone stating that he would not be able to come. I cancelled an appt. with another repairman, and it was too late to reschedule. I'm left ROASTING, Mr. Ibbetson. Thanks! You'll get no business from me.

+ 0 moreI have used Mr. Ibbetson previously for a repair to my refrigerator and also to my mother-in-law's electric oven. This time I called Mr. Ibbetson on a Sunday night. He was able to come out on Tuesday morning and give me an estimate of what the parts would cost to do the repair so that I could use my judgement on whether to spend the money on repair vs. replace. In this case, I went with replacement. However, he offered me a couple of options and recommendations on replacements as well. He's clean, honest to a fault, and I'd trust him in my elderly mom's home without question.
Description of Work: My 12-year-old Whirlpool electric oven went out. I was using it when it flashed an error code and the oven temperature started to go up much higher than it was set. We had to turn it off at the breaker because it would not turn off at all.
