Bernadette was quick to schedule an appointment and we were able to meet at my home, making it easier for her to understand my requests - and knowledge gaps. She transports many samples and we were able to find a very close match for the cabinet.She was extremely helpful with explaining advantages and disadvantages of different countertop materials and was sensitive to concerns about cost. Her guidance helped me make a decision for laminate, which most people mistake for a granite product.It has proven very successful in creating an updated and more spacious look in my kitchen. Bernadette was always prompt in her responses throughout the processes; I was pleased with the result and would use her services again.My only criticism is for the installers of the countertop, although there was not a problem with the work itself. However, they did not speak English and were unable to respond to questions I had not anticipated.Otherwise, this was a surprisingly pleasant experience.SG

Overall, the experience was excellent. Bernadette helped me pick out cabinets that matched the exact dimensions of the existing cabinets, co-ordinated getting an installer to put in the cabinets, and made sure everything was installed properly after the job was complete. She was always very prompt, curious, and responsive.

Bernadette is easy to work with. She took the time to listen to my expectations and explained the options she offered. She designed a solution within my budget. The cabinets arrived on time, are of very high quality and I am pleased with the result. The installer - Russ from Thomas Hartman Carpentry did an excellent job. I paid less for these cabinets than I did over 10 years ago from Home Depot. American made, all wood and very, very nice and very, very inexpensive. Outstanding experience and a real money saver. What more could I have asked for?

She came to the house, took precise measurements, discussed our needs, made recommendations and provided a couple printed, detailed plans from her computer. Each layout was shown as well as a computer rendering of what the kitchen would look like when done. She had a wide variety of choices to help us get the best cabinets that fit our budget. Because of her pricing, we were to upgrade our choice of cabinets with no impact on the budget. The computer rendering gave us a chance to see the finished kitchen BEFORE finalizing our choices. It actualy helped us make a change to the layout, prior to finalizing the order. Everything went smoothly. Bendette stayed in contact and actively involved in the whole process.The cabinets arrived, were installed and look amazing. The best part is, we paid less for this job than we did over 10 years ago when we used Home Depot. Got more, paid less. You have to love it!
