+ -1 moreSee above. Unprovoked verbal attack. Completely unprofessional. According to Steve, "we are very busy and no one appreciates it, so I'm going to cop an attitude". Obviously this company is overstretched on their workload and can not or do not want to accommodate additional jobs. I strongly advise against using this company!
Description of Work: Contacted this company in the spring for bathroom remodel estimate. They said they would call me back to schedule an appt, but never did. My project was put on hold and am now ready to begin again. Decided to give them another chance. Called on Friday and left message. Steve returned my call on Tuesday and scheduled an appt for Wednesday. I waited for 1.5 hours beyond the scheduled appt. time and he did not show, so I called them at both numbers provided and left messages. Steve called back one hour later and said he had called me earlier to say he was running late, but he did not leave a message. I happened to be outside taking out the garbage when he said he called. He spoke quite harshly to me when I inquired as to why he didn't leave a message. He then launched into a verbal tirade stating: "I hate answering machines" and "why should I leave a message to say I'm not coming? Then you would only call me back and interrupt my meeting with my current customer."
