+ -1 moreI WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM AS MY POOL COMPANY
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY SERVICES MY POOL OVER THE SUMMER. THEY DO MY OPENINGS, CLOSING AND WEEKLY MAINTANCE. THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB AND HAVE A VERY GOOD STAFF. THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND ALWAYS GET OUT TO MY POOL EITHER THE NEXT DAY OR A WEEK LATER TO DO THE REPAIR THAT IS NEEDED. NORMALLY I HAVE HAD THEM OUT THE NEXT DAY TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM AND THEN THEY ORDER THE PART NEED AND COME BACK AS SOON AS THE PART IS IN TO FIX THE ISSUE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND I PLAN TO USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED AND HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION IN THE AREA.

+ 0 moreThe store manager was rude and would not allow my husband to explain what was wrong - he kept cutting him off. When we told him that we were unhappy with the fact that we did not know what repairs were needed and when they would be completed, he acted like he could have cared less. He told us that we could "do what we wanted". We will never be using them again to service our pool. Quite honestly, if they are that busy, then they need to hire more help!
Description of Work: We had a new pool heater installed late last summer. When Aqua Pool opened the pool in April 2010, the heater did not work. I got a service man out here to check it out on June 1, 2010. This fellow, who is a nice guy, left without telling me what was wrong and what needed to be done. My husband and I made a total of 4 phone calls, and finally got ahold of the the store manager in the retail store in Richboro, trying to find out what was going to happen with this heater. The manager informed us that "they get over 100 phone calls a day and do not return phone calls". He did indicate that a part had been ordered last Friday. 6/4/10....am not sure how he knew that. We still have not heard from or seen anyone - it could be weeks before this heater is working again. It is still under warranty.
