+ -1 moreThe first tree Alan planted was an Evergreen to replace the memorial Evergreen another company accidentally cut down. That one lasted three years, then died. That's why I don't want anymore trees from him. He refused to refund the $200 the dead tree cost. That's why I can't give him higher grades.
Description of Work: I purchased five trees which Alan planted. One Evergreen died after three months. Alan eventually came and took out the dead tree. He offered to replace it, but I didn't want another fee from his place.

+ -1 moreALAN CAME THE DAY HE PROMISED. HE EXTRACTED THE OLD ROOTS. NOW I DON'T RISK FALLING OVER THAT. THEN HE PLANTED THE NEW TREE VERY CAREFULLY MULCHING AROUND IT WATERING IT. HE WAS NEEDLESS OF THE RAIN. HE WAS SOAKED AT COMPLETION. HE DID A GREAT JOB.
Description of Work: ALAN BROUGHT THE SPRUCE TREE I HAD CHOSEN AND PLANTED IT IN THE EXACT SPOT WHERE MY ORIGINAL TREE WAS PLANTED.
