Rick Rotz - Painter

We needed a room painted and Mr Rotz stopped and gave an estimate and we agreed with his price. Asked him when he could start and he said it would be either the end of the week or the following week. End of the week came, no Mr Rotz. The following week came and went. No Mr Rotz. We began calling him to find out when he planned to do the work. Calls were not returned. After a couple of weeks, we went through a mutual acquaintance and established contact. Mr Rotz finally called us and apologized. He told us that, in addition to doing work for himself, he also does work for contractors. He ran into a situation where he had more work than he could handle. He said when this happens he gets depressed and he shuts down and won't communicate with his customers. Said he's taking medication for it. A lot of help that was to us. We found another painter.

Rick was punctual, neat and did a professional job. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs interior house painting.
