Again, 2 very nice young men came at 8:20 am and started dismantling our old Unit & not long after a truck delivered the new unit, pad & condenser. They started installing the new unit and condenser without a hitch & by approximately 2:00pm they were done, and this was all done not in a spacious basement but in a very, very small cramped space in our 1 story, no basement, partial attic cottage/home. As they were leaving, we found out that one of these young men worked on our well 3 years before. Outstanding job both times!

Found our water pump had burned and the bladder in the 5 gallon holding tank blew up. Had to replace the water pump & holding tank. ran into an unforeseen problem & while still working, the owner of the company ran for and delivered parts so they could finish the job. They were here most of the day & even though a problem & added expense came up, they honored their quote and we had lots of water & pressure. Over 3 years later & no problems. Until you loose your water, you have no idea how much you miss & need it. We were very grateful to these people on that cold March day and still are.

Plumber from Pilewski Plumbing arrived at my home at 8:15 am.....Left my home at 8:50am, he said he needed to get part for leak....came back to my home at 9:20....finished at 9:45am....told me my bill was $253.00 WOW!!!! That much to fix a small drip from my faucet....He stated that the parts were $75.00 and the labor was for two hours at $89.00 per hour...He was only at my house for one hour....After he left, called company, and was told that I was responsible for paying for plumber driving to my home, driving to Carter Lumber to get parts, and for driving back to business. Plumber also replaced water pipes located under bathroom vanity without my consent...There was nothing wrong with those pipes...There was no leak what-so-ever from them..That was the $75.00 cost on my bill...I am 60 years of age, and I feel as those someone had come into my home this morning and robbed me...DO NOT RECOMMEND PILEWSKI PLUMBING BY ANY MEANS.....THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!!!!!!!

He did wonderful job and got it all done in one day! Very efficient and I would hire them again if I wasn't moving away!

The existing walls--all of them-- had marlite. It was removed. The walls were then beautifully rebuilt with drywall. New water supply lines and new drain lines were run after the sink was moved to a different wall. A vanity and another 2 cabinets were installed and trimmed. These guys had to coordinate with the tile/floor guys, and the electrician. It all went smoothly. I am VERY fussy, and I really like these guys.

Excellent quality of work and attention to detail. The crew was professional, open to giving and answering any suggestions as the work progressed and yielded results beyond my expectations.

Our technician was very polite ,pleasant , helpful with clearing area to get to basement , knowledgeable and innovative. My husband was so pleased that he left the areas neat and clean when service was completed. We are more than pleased and intend to call Pilewski Plumbing with any further plumbing issues. He is very very good. He did an excellent job. We live in a country, so we have water that is in a well and sometimes we get sulfur smell and the rust and minerals and things like that. We have a water softener now but we wanted something else, so he went through and explained it everything about a couple of different options. He was a young guy and he really knew his stuff. We are going to use him again to put that water thing in. We had called some other earlier and they charged $100 just to come in and not do anything, so we will not call them again.

I have used them before, but they came through for me. I was very pleased with their services.

I had called another plumber and never received a call back, so I called Pilewski. The office made an appointment for two days later (they could have responded the next day, or sooner for an emergency, but the time and date we agreed upon fit my schedule best). The crew arrived 10 minutes early in a van clearly marked with the company name. Two men came to the door and introduced themselves; both wore shirts with the company logo. They were not clean, but I would not trust clean plumbers who were clean at that time of day -- they were not afraid to get down and dirty. They repaired all my issues with a minimum of fuss, had all parts/tools necessary (another local plumber I used two years ago had to make THREE trips to the hardware store for basic parts) and were done in a little over two hours. I did not ask for an estimate and my charges were for the service call and labor. Parts only came to $6. They took a look at some other bathroom issues and gave me a "back of the envelope" estimate that seems reasonable. Overall, Pilewski did a good job for me and they will be my first call when I need a plumber. The only reason I gave a C for price is I hate paying for anything. The price is probably reasonable and was less than I paid for an easier job to the guys who had to make 3 trips to the hardware store.
