drain cleaning
 + -1 moreWhen my brother found out what i was charged he was very upset. He called Hartco.and said he had a problem with what i was charged. Brian replied Go F@@@ yourself. Hartco said he had to carry the heavy equiptment into the basement. After a very rude conversation my brother hung up phone upset. A few minutes later, Hartco called back, apologized for his rudeness and said he would refund some money. After 3 weeks of waiting, we called him back to ask about the refund, he again was rude and said he needed to discuss it with his wife. Never received the refund and the drain WAS fixed without ripping up the basement floor like Hartco said we needed to do.
Description of Work: I had flooded basement, called Brian Hart to drain. He gave me 3 different prices and would not accept a check. I had to leave and go to mac machine. told me it was christmas and he had 4 kids to buy for, he needed cash. Smelled of alcohol. Did not fix. Told me pipes were destroyed underground. (They were not.) Took advantage of me because i was female and in a mess. Very unprofessional.
