 + -1 morePerfect! Perfect end product, contractor left the work site clean at all times. His work ethic was beyond all expectations I may have had and I've worked with dozens of contracts renovating, restoring our historic building in downtown Erie. Tim is currently working in our building. We have not considered any other contractor when we need tiling, flooring or painting/restoration. A true talent.
Description of Work: Comi Flooring tiled two bathrooms, a washroom and the entranceway of my house. I cannot say enough about the quality work and the expertise of the owner, Tim Comi. Comi offered suggestions and advice for all my projects which resulted in a product that was not only eye catching but exactly what I wanted. Tim's talent is unmatched. I have referred Tim to anyone who requests a painter or flooring company and they too felt the same way; and, in turn, they have passed his name on to others.
