ONUR MARBLE & GRANITE

The work was completed in 2 days, and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely hire Onur to do work again.

Very disappointing. Took 3 weeks for the guys to come out. Then they demanded $250.00 in cash to begin working. The dispatcher never let me know about money up front from my Dad who is disabled and no means of having cash on hand. They left him alone with a broken sink.

They are the most unprofessional, arrogant company to ever deal with. Their installers are rude, hot headed, damage things and then don't compensate. The owner himself is just as bad and does not care about his customers. All they want is your money and anything after that is none of their concern. I had them out to do a counter top for a customer of mine and they chipped up his stove and denied that, I had his men jump in my face yelling and screaming calling me a liar and all other profanities. Then when I called the owner he took his men side and basically just said,....things happen, his men then proceeded to keep coming in the house screaming and yelling to the point that I almost called the police on them Now my job was held up allday until the owner finally called and said he himself would be out at 4:30 to do the job, 5 pm came and i called asking where they were and then i was told it would be another hour....this is the worst customer service by a company and by the owner....it is a shame that there are people out there like this. I lost an entire day waiting on this company to come out and perform a job that they were paid in full for, no apologies nothing. They finally showed up after 6pm , a guy who claimed he was one of the owners and 2 other men, again confrontational and arrogant in front of my customer this time and proceeds to tell me he don't think we can do business anymore, as I was completely shocked because it should be me telling him that. Then half way through the job the owner goes out and sits in his truck and remains there the rest of the time until the job is complete and instead of coming in to inspect and show face as an owner should they just left. Bottom line these guys, that company are a very poor excuse for what they try to hold their name to be. Customer service and satisfaction should be a number one priority and it is pathetic how the owner and his men carried on that day. Now they are going around placing bad reviews on our company under my customers name whose house they came to, so we have our IT guy tracing the IP address to the computer it was made from, as well as my customer is having his lawyer draw up papers because they falsely are using his name and then I plan on contacting fox news once I have it all together ...they opened a can of worms for themselves.... They went as far as leaving a bad review on our company with BBB, which in return the BBB rejected as they researched it and found out it was a false review......BUYER & CONTRACTORS BEWARE

At the end of the day, the granite was installed and the guys did a nice job. Let me rephrase: the guys did a nice job TWICE. It goes quickly like this: we chose our granite at the West Chester facility but the company decided on their own to take a piece from their Fairless Hills facility. NOT the piece we chose which is the whole point of picking out a piece of granite. I questioned it while they were installing and it was too late unless we didn't want to have counter tops. In addition, there was a haze across all the counters. I called the company, spoke with the owner, and he came out to look at it stating it was a quick fix saying there was too much sealer on it. Not the case. We had ordered 'Fantasy Brown' with a polished finish. Not only did we not receive the piece we chose, we were not given the polished finish that eliminates what is apparently a natural haze. The owner and I discussed how we didn't get the granite we chose and he told me to pick out new granite BUT I needed to "share the loss" because he couldn't shoulder the whole cost. Even though it was their mistake. We went back and forth in my kitchen and we settled on not being settled. We would come out to their facility and find another piece of granite then talk again. Fast forward a few weeks and we went in and chose a piece of granite after they got more of the granite we had initially looked at. The owner and I had a discussion in his showroom that became a very excited one as neither of us agreed with the other as to who should shoulder the additional cost. I certainly wasn't planning to "share the pain" as he put it this time. I had gone through enough pain during this process. Eventually his son stepped in to help arbitrate and he saw the wisdom in having happy customers. So at the end of the day, we are happy with the product but the process was exhausting. I would recommend not going to the West Chester facility as it is only a showroom, the cutting occurs in Fairless Hills and there is more granite and quartz to choose from. Also insist they write your name and cutting directions on the stone as most companies do. Thankfully we had taken pictures of the stone we first chose otherwise we would have been out of luck. So take pictures! If you have an issue in the buying process, skip the owner and go straight to his son who is very reasonable and easy to work with. I would recommend the quality of the installation but not the buying process. From a cost perspective they were in the middle of all the companies we looked at. But buyer beware!

They asked me to bring a picture of the marble table and someone would be able to help me. I brought a picture in and they were all busy, the employee told me to leave the picture and they would be back to me. They took your name, phone number, and what I wanted to get done. It's been well over a week and I still have heard form them. I called them back after over a week and they said they couldn't help me. They were disinterested in doing the work.

From the time we walked into the Fairless Hills showroom we knew we found the right place. We were greeted by very friendly staff and the general manager took the extra time to help with our design. The showroom had excellent selection of countertop & tile. The work completed in both the kitchen and bathroom was top notch quality and the installers were courteous, professional and punctual. We are very happy with Onur and would recommend to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen and/or bathroom. Would rate A+++ if we could!

Selected granite, they came out and measured (to make template), installed per appointment, on time. Also replaced sink and faucet. Everything great except faucet continues to come loose.

Onur was great. Azmat, their cabinet designer, is amazing and takes care of all the little details you didn't think about. We got Decora cabinets which are gorgeous and well worth the cost. (My husband installed these himself.) They are friendly and easy to work with, and really know what they are doing. We picked slabs which they set aside for us, and then when we went to lay the template pieces on top, a gentleman came over and started circling spots which could not be used. This may not sound impressive, and once he circled them I could see the potential weak spots, but how he saw them so quickly I do not know, except that he is an expert. The granite installers were perfectionists and took great care. The seams are hardly visible and much thinner than with every other granite installation I have seen. These guys are all experts at their respective crafts and really know what they are doing. I truly believe that we would have had a ton of headaches if we bought Decora through Home Depot. Definitely opt for crown molding on your cabinets. It makes a world of difference. Highly recommend Onur, couldn't be happier. Thanks Onur!

They were not on time but they were even early. I like that they were here when they are supposed to be. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up nicely and they were gone. There might be other companies that are low but I think their price is fair on what they did.

They are a winner! They had a good price, good selection, and good service.

We were very pleased with Onur Granite when we went to their showroom and saw the range of options they had available. Their sales associate was not extremely knowledgable but she was helpful and easy to work with. We found the pricing to be reasonable and after comparing to some others decided to purchase new granite countertops from them. On the day of the install they showed up on time and completed the install in a reasonable timeframe. Overall the work looked fine. After they left we attempted to run a load of dishes and found that our dishwasher no longer worked. Earlier that morning before the installation it worked just fine. When we called to ask what support they provided they indicated that their install teams don't do anything with the dishwashers and that it must have been something we did. While I fully acknowledge our dishwasher has a few miles on it I find it very hard to believe that conincidentally the dishwasher decided to die at the same time new countertops were being installed and the dishwasher was being jostled around. They were nice enough to come back out to the house to look at the dishwasher but were unable to do anything about it. My expectation would have been that they would have taken the initiative to bring out a plumber or provide further support in resolving the issue. Instead they told me they've never had an issue like this in the past and it was our problem to deal with. I fully expected much better customer service and quality control from them and am sadly disasppointed by the end result. We were ready to purchase $1,100 of backsplash tiles from them but after this experience have decided to take our business elsewhere. I would highly recommend looking for another option when purchasing countertops as you can be assured that Onur will not stand by their work or any quality issues that arise from their work.

Overall it went really well. The staff at the West Chester Office was excellent at designing the kitchen and the granite counter top is superb.

After visiting 3 other granite fabricators, a neighbor suggested we go try Onur.

We selected granite and provided engineering drawings for size and sink cut-out. The first time we received the granite tops the sink cut-out was incorrect - the corner radius was not per the drawing. We were told they did not have the correct size tool to match our drawing so they tried to get it as close as they could. Also, there was a surface defect in the granite on the other top. They repaired the defect in the one top and attempted to fix the sink cut-out. It is still not correct, however and with an under mount sink, it is very noticeable. While they at least attempted a fix, I am still left with an under mount sink obviously topped with ill-sized granite. Sorry to say, I cannot recommend this supplier. I would have preferred they tell me up front that they could not accommodate my sink cut out.

I dealt with Azmat Alvi in their West Chester office. He was excellent to work with. I had no idea what was involved in this project and he basically held my hand through the whole process - the design and the oversight of the whole project. The forman on the job, Okan Memis, was also a joy to work with. My kitchen is beautiful and I love it, as is my family room. They did a very nice job. They handled everything - the kitchen, lighting, flooring, drywall work, etc. There was no need to involve any other contractors. I bought my appliances and had them delivered to my garage and when they were ready to be installed, they did that as well. They even picked up all of the trim from a local Home Depot for me. Okan game me a list of what I needed and I went to Home Depot and ordered and paid for it. They picked it up the next day, which was nice because I'd have probably had to rent a truck to get the material home. They even added 2 more canister lights to the design. All of these little extras add up. I paid the contract price and not one penny more. What contractor does't charge for extras? We did have one issue with the flooring in the family room but Azmat took care of it to our satisfaction. I honestly feel that if I am to have any issues going forward that Azmat would do whatever it takes to correct the situation. When you deal with Azmat, you have peace of mind.

My experience with Onur was excellent. They designed my kitchen, ordered the material and installed everything in less than two months. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted this company to take out my old laminate counter tops in the kitchen and replace with granite countertops. I explained to them that I was on a very limited budget and they only showed me what would be within my price range. I purchased my own faucet and waste disposal and had them install the granite countertops, the sink that I purchased along with the countertops from Onur Marble & Granite. Their installers removed the old countertops and replaced the new countertops. Their plumber installed my faucet and waste disposal. I was quite happy with the job they performed. I agreed to deal with this business because they were the only company that would send out a representative to measure the countertops and bring samples of the countertops to my home that would be within my price range. This meant a great deal to me because I am new to the state, having recently moved here from the south. I am not sure of my way around the area and it meant a great deal to me that the owner would come out and measure so he could give me an accurate estimate of the costs, prior to my finding the location of his business to confirm that I wanted to purchase my granite from him. His prices were comparable to one other company I visited with, but it was because of his extra help in coming to my home first, that determined that I would do business with their company.

the measuring guy was very helpful in matching existing marble in the rest of the room. When I got to the yard I had his recommendation in hand for selecting. It was exactly right which made things so much quicker. I needed only a very small pc so I asked about remnants from other jobs hoping to save a little money. This is when it got a little dicey. The owner was kind enough to help us find some good slabs but he was very abrasive and actually yelled at me when I questioned some scratches on the pcs he was showing me. I was pretty firm about my concerns and warned him of he sent me a scratched pc I would ship it right back to him on his delivery truck. In the end I got a great piece but I didn't care for his communication style.

From the showroom to the installation, this was a good experience. The sales woman was very helpful, explaining about the various stones and helping me pick samples which I was able to take home to see how they looked in my own house. I had to reschedule the installation, and it was no problem. The installers were amazingly skillful. Because a carpenter had not prepared the window frame properly for the window sill, they had to make an additional cut onsite, and I saw how amazingly skillful they were. They made sure everything was clean, polished and perfect before they left. They arrived and completed the installation on time. I would definitely purchase from them again.

They were very prompt, very reliable, and they started and finished on time. I think the price was appropriate and right on target, and they helped me pick out the granite I wanted.

We spent $3,000 for the whole job and I thought that was a very good price. They were very punctual, professional and well organized. I really liked them a lot and would recommend them. I only had a little problem with the plumber because he was not too experienced and they had a little trouble installing the garbage disposal.

They came, they saw, and they conquered the job very quickly. The hard part of the work I did not see because they did the cutting at their plant.

The guys from Onur were professional during the entire process. The people in the showroom were competent, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we selected our granite slabs. They were a bit late for the templating appointment, but they were very courteous and used full sheet corrugated plastic to create the templates (vs. using strips to form the edges of a rectangle). The person doing the templating made many useful suggestions such as extending the height of the backsplash to hide any paint marks from the removal of the old one. They were also able to fabricate a corner section from one piece per our request. For the installation, they were on time and done in about 4 hours. We had to reschedule once, but Onur was accommodating to our schedule. The end results look great! We selected a granite with a large pattern. Onur was able to cut the granite so that the pattern was continuous across a counter, backsplash and bar. The seams are not noticeable at all.

We met them at their show room and they had a huge floor room of choices. You could see the Granite piece first hand. Came and measured it and installed the counter. Very professional and got it down in an afternoon. We thought it would take 2 days and it was done in an day. We can't say enough about them and how good they were. Gave us references.
